Doba has always provided excellent customer service and support for my business. And anytime I have to talk to someone there, theyre very nice, patient, and more importantly HELPFUL. In fact, after talking to Rachel today, she solved a problem I didnt know I had. I might have to chat with her again to see what else she can get solved for me that I didnt know needed solving. I just signed up for the 14 day trial as of today and for some reason my account is saying that it has expired and is asking for a renewal of subscription. I also have a false billing history suggesting that Ive had this account already for 2 years +, giving the impression that Ive already been a member. Seems pretty scam like to me, you also charge $1 dollar to my bank that was not discussed at the time of signing up. I would like the closing of this account before any charges occur. Seems very shady to me... I will be awaiting a response.
I signed up with Doba recently to assist me with my online store and I am happy I did. I was assigned a young lady named Ashley who showed me how to navigate the Doba website. The Doba program is very convenient when you consider that you do not have to stock and prepay for inventory that may sit in your warehouse for months. However, it has its ups and downs. There is definitely no flexibility with the suppliers. They strictly go by what is listed and can NOT do special things such as ship immediately, use UPS instead of Fed Ex, etc. It takes getting used to how everything flows. If you have an API integration, things are easier because it keeps up with the inventory from each supplier which prevents you from receiving an order that is out of stock. This issue still happens regardless which causes you to try to fill the order through other marketplaces. It is a huge headache when this occurs. I am still trying to navigate through the Doba system and have no plans in the near future to discontinue using them. There is a lot of issues that Doba needs to address and they are working on them now. The customer service is great and are very accessible at all times. I am sorry to say that I have been with Doba for several months and have not made a profit. The profit margins on their items are very small. The huge up front cost for this program has not yielded any profit. Hopefully, that will change within the next couple of months. Still trying, not giving up at this point because I have too much invested.
I just signed up for a trial account. I was a little confused on how Doba worked so I called customer support. They helped me to understand everything and showed me the great help & support page to really get me going. I like all the different products they have and so far, Doba has been great to be with. I look forward to continuing with them.

Dobas purpose is to help retailers easily integrate with many suppliers and get their products and data quickly and easily. They offer a lowest-drop-ship-wholesale-price guarantee. However, if you have found otherwise, they give you 2 months free of access and pursue getting the same pricing for the item.There are certain policies they need to work on to provide a better service: cancellation policy and return policy.However, they do exactly what they say on their site: help you to integrate with many suppliers and get their products and data quickly and easily.
Ashley M helped me when I was having a hard time finding products in the catalog. She sent me an article that showed how to use the catalog better which was very helpful! She was also very kind and easy to work with. I would recommend Doba!
Im trying to get hold of their enterprise customer relation but wont get any reply back after filling out the online form many time. I google their number and called no one will answer the phone. I have dropship website and work with inventory source for our inventory and order process. Im interested to have their full catalog on my website. Hopefully one day they will have working number to call.
Was never able to successfully login to our account. We tried reaching out to customer service several times and never received any response...even after they charged us. We even tried calling the number listed on google and it just says this is a test. Its a total scam - do not use.
Overall experience has been good. Sometimes they stop doing business with what has been a good vendor for me. That can be annoying. Customer service has always been very helpful.

We were trying an integration of Doba into our Shopify store. It did not integrate and play well within the Inventory Source app. Sales person called and said I had to pay $500 for a year or to try it, pay $129 per month. I told them that we cant pay if we cant confirm it will work for us. Asked for a remote session to go over with a technical support person. They said no.
I love Doba! Its such a great company and is great for anyone to start an online business with. I highly recommend doba.
The Doba marketplace is a great way for you to earn extra cash. They have thousands of items for you to sell. Whatever you can think of selling to earn money, they have it. Just check them out.
Doba is awesome company I was needing help with my login and Ashley M. was so sweet and kind and pleasant to speak with she helped me realize I was using the wrong info and email to log in and helped me get my account number to log in. She was very helpful and I appreciated how quick and efficient she was at solving the issue.

HORRIBLE I signed up with one of my stores and then tried to log in to try to access my free 14 day trial I tried to contact them through THEIR contact form at least 13 times with one email even tried another email account and browser. NOTHING then today I see they are still taking $ 69.00 a month this is a service I HAVE NEVER USED! I called their phone number from google and it rings then disconnects. This is a SCAM period.

THEY WILL NOT CANCEL OR ISSUE A REFUND! this company gave me a trial account for free but when i saw their DROP SHIP product prices (what a joke, ebay is cheaper for 90% of the products) i called to cancel. they said it would be cancelled but i was charged for it anyway. i called several times after that and they will not give me my money. if i tried to talk to a supervisor, they gave me an email address to contact. this company is terrible.

I HATE DOBA...dont go with them. They are a rip off they have the same prices as what customer can buy them on amazon and ebay and other websites. it isnt worth a dime.when you ask for a refund in your 30days they do not refund you. I have to call my bank and get it refunded and cancel payment.
