WOW!Having had animals and lived in other states, Pinks is by far, the carpet cleaning company Ive ever done business with!I had two geriatric dogs who, despite my best efforts, had bladder issues, not because of training but because of health. Shortly after they were put to sleep for deteriorating health, I had another reputable service come out and do a cleaning. It looked great for about a week and then everything seeped through again and looked worse than before and in a very short amount of time.Convinced the carpet was ruined and looking at replacement, for which I cant afford, I decided to look for another service and found Pinks.Had I known, I wouldnt have ever used another service.Most services are in and out within a short period of time, Troy and his team member spent time and were very very thorough.Ive waited a couple of weeks to write a review in case old stains came through. I havent had one...and Im very very picky. They still look just as good as when he left.Thank you Troy!

Pinks is awesome! Great communication and service! We had several pet stains from our older dog and a bunch of spots from our puppy. Some of my carpet is dark but they were able to find exactly where the spots were and got all the spots and smell to go away. Dry times were extremely fast after the cleaning. I highly recommend!

My husband and I used Pink’s today and we had a great experience! We are so glad we hired them and will use them exclusively now. Logan and Jay were on time, professional, efficient, and a joy to have in our home. We got our couch for free from a friend, and that friend got the same couch for free…. So needless to say it was VERY dirty. They cleaned the couch quickly and were detail oriented, then went above and beyond with cleanup making sure they left our house better than they found it. I called and texted 3 different carpet cleaning companies at the same time to get more info about making an appointment and Troy the owner of Pinks was the ONLY one who returned my call right away. I really appreciate that he was friendly and helpful over the phone and didn’t rush me when I had questions. They came to clean my living room carpet, couch and area rug. We have used three different carpet cleaners since moving to Utah and Pinks is the very best. We have hired them 3 or 4 times now for different things and each time and I am completely impressed with the employees, their professionalism and the work they do. Each employee is really well-trained and understands different materials (we have some high-end rugs and furniture that need to be treated in a specific manner). Pinks is so good I wish I could clone them and have one in every state!!

My dad was a carpet cleaner for 30+ years in California. I had my carpets cleaned last week & the smell and excellency of Pinks work was like coming home. The crew at my house was communicative and considerate. This family run business works hard to be exceptional!

Weve now used 3 different carpet cleaners in our house and as they say, 3rd times the charm!We had a home appraisal setup to occur for our house and its been a couple years since our last cleaning and decided we wanted to get the house in top shape. So we hired Pinks to come clean all our floors, tile and carpet and then seal the tile. They were only about 4 days out, so that was a huge plus. Pricing was below my own estimates from their website but that could have been I just measured wrong. They come in with exact measurements before they even begin and give you a price quote before anything happens making sure you are good with it and even if you want to add more services, like we did when we added sealing for the tile. And there was no tricky business, that amount was the exact amount at the end of it all.Now for the actual work, I had a water softener that had leaked and gotten my office carpet all wet. I originally had another carpet cleaner come and try to clean up the salt and water residue but the carpet was ultimately left with a hard crunchy feel. We also had a stain from some putty that got on the carpet and I wasnt able to clean all the way my self and even had a 2nd carpet cleaner try and fail. For both these 2 issues, I didnt expect Pinks to reverse the effect but asked them anyway to see if they could put special attention into those 2 spots. They were straight forward and said they will do everything they could but they couldnt guarantee anything. Im sure you know where this story goes, but they got the stain removed and my carpet in my office is the softest its ever been. For the tile, we had them do kitchen, bathrooms, entryway and laundry room. Each and every room was so different after the clean. We could actually see the lines in between the tiles and didnt realize my tile was actually a bit of a lighter color! And boy did everything smell good. Took about 5 hours for things to dry enough to where we could put things back.Austin and Aaron were amazing and they said it would take about 3 hours to get the entire house done. They were 10 minutes off! I was shocked how spot on they estimated their time. We ended up leaving for most of the day and couldnt be back for when they got finished, so they just locked our front door and we paid them over the phone.All in all, amazing experience and this is a company that has well deserved those 5 stars and my time to write this review. I will never use another company for carpet cleaning.

Incredible service! I was moving in to a new house and the previous owners had several dogs and cats. No pet stains to speak of but there was a lot of pet dander.They took great care of us. They practiced social distancing and wore a mask the entire time. They cleaned the carpets great and did the ducts quite well. There was a waxy/oily stain in the basement. He said he did the best he could but when I went to go look at it I couldn’t even see it anymore. The house smells so much fresher.

These guys were definitely up to their high Google rating hype. They were very flexible when we had to make a fairly last minute change. They did amazing work with our carpets. I have a giant labradoodle who plays outside all day long and is covered in dirt at the end of the day, no matter how much I vacuum, I cant manage to keep the carpets and rugs clean. I have nothing but great things to say about Pinks! We moved into a new house and although the carpet had been replaced about a year ago, it was diiirty! Were so glad we contacted them as they were professional, explained everything super well and did an excellent job.

We had previously used a popular company in the area and although their work was ok, I never really felt like it was great. I searched my citys FB page and saw many recommended Pinks. Hoping for something better, I gave them a try. They are so much better! I really feel that my carpet has not been this clean since we moved it. They were able to get the pet stains out, even silly putty that had been stuck for a couple years. They didnt nickel and dime me. The price they quoted me on the phone was exactly what I paid. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

We are very happy with Pinks. They were prompt and professional. Best of all our carpets are very clean. We’ve had other companies clean our carpets but the stains didn’t come out. With Pinks the carpets are amazingly clean. They also came back for a couple of stains that showed up again for no charge. The stains have not returned. I would definitely recommend Pinks.

These guys went above and beyond. I had them clean the floors on a rental when I was moving out, but the star of the show was my furniture. They cleaned my couch, two mattresses, and a living room rug. The couch, rug, and one mattress had been urinated on by my POS cat. They told me they may not be able to get the smell out, but they they would try. They came and did their work and everything was PHENOMENAL....Then, FOUR WEEKS later the urine smell on my couch came back. Not to worry! They came and re-cleaned my couch AND rug FOR FREE.These guys mean business. I would not recommend a single other carpet cleaner in town. They do great work, and their customer service is unmatched. Pink’s cleaned carpets in two of my rentals last week and the carpets now look and smell awesome. I was a regular customer for another highly-rated company in the area, but decided to try Pink’s because I wasn’t impressed with a recent cleaning from the other company. I cannot say enough good things about Pinks Carpet Cleaning! We had them clean the floors in our rental and he did such an awesome job that we had him clean our own home too. A different company had previously done a really terrible job and there was still dog hair everywhere (dog hair=allergy attack=no sleep=very grouchy me). I had heard great things about Pinks so we called them up, explained the situation, and they squeezed us into their schedule the very next morning. We thought it would be outrageously expensive to clean the carpets on a 7000sqft home but the pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. I havent had even the slightest allergic reaction since they finished cleaning the floors. Ill never use anyone but Pinks from now on and will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

I don’t usually jump on to give ratings but we’ve had these guys over to do some work 3 different times and each time they’ve been phenomenal. Set aside the fact that they do great work on our carpet and couch, I’m much happier that they aren’t slimy sales guys who try and weasel more money by nickel-and-diming you. Needed a carpet cleaner last minute before new renters came in. Troy answered right away and was able to squeeze me in on an already full day. Called on a Wednesday afternoon and he came Friday morning (Friday was they day wed have everything moved out and need the cleaning). Pink’s is AMAZING! Troy, the owner, is very friendly and down to earth. There was no awkwardness when communicating with him and it felt like we’ve been friends for years. The carpet smells, looks and feels amazing! We also had our tile/grout cleaned and sealed and it looks and feels brand new again. Price is very reasonable and he was honest. We had some pet urine and they used their black light to spot all of the areas we were concerned about. We must have cleaned up all of those areas pretty well because they only found one spot that we missed and they said it wasn’t even bad enough to use the pet treatment and the standard cleaning will be sufficient. He gave us cleaning tips for our tile to prevent residue AND he even cleaned up a pet mess in our car for free! We look forward to using Pinks again in the future!

Best Group in Utah for carpet cleaning. I have had multiple carpet cleaning teams come through our home in the last 15 years and none of done the job with such professionalism as this group. Pink’s is the third carpet cleaner we’ve had at our house, and they were absolutely, hands down the most thorough. We have light colored carpet, and with three kids and two small dogs, our carpet was in rough shape since having it done 18 months ago, but it really does look like new. They were professional, moved furniture (other cleaners in the past haven’t) and paid special attention to problem areas. We will definitely use them again!

They did an Amazing job on my tile floor!! Over 1,000 square feet. It looks like new! Also cleaned the carpet on my stairs and I was so amazed at how clean they came. Very helpful in answering any questions I had. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Im impressed. They took their time, used an impressive machine that agitates, moved the furniture around we had left on plastic sliders and propped some other furniture up on blocks so they could clean everywhere. Ive tried a few carpet cleaners in the past and never been super happy. Now Ive found my crew. Ill be using them again and referring friends. It was also great to meet Troy. I love seeing founders that dont cut corners or try to take advantage. I expect that these guys will do very well for a long time.

We were visiting my parents in Draper and my daughter spilled a full glass of chocolate milk on the carpet. Called Pinks and Troy came out the next day in his big pink truck. he was able to remove the stain and he cleaned the rest of the room and it looked fabulous. definitely very impressed.

Were Stewart Mountain Lodging, were a vacation rental property management company with just over 30 cabins up at Sundance. Weve been using Pinks for only 3 months and once we saw their work at a neighbors cabin, we brought them on and our cabins have never been cleaner. They are understandably very busy but they were very professional with their scheduling and willing to work late hours here and there to be able to get any job done we needed.

I actually worked with Troy for a couple months until starting school. I can say I was really impressed with how honest he was with everyone we visited and how hard he worked. The equipment he uses is top of the line, he makes sure of that and the results show that. Troy is a really funny, easy to get along with guy but he is also very professional. So far I am not happy. I read all the reviews most of them raved about Pinks Carpet cleaning. We were told that the carpet cleaners and steam cleaner machines were from the van and nothing else was going to be used. Our front hose has been broken. And our water main started leaking. We think the person a young man, used our hose from the outside and broke part of it, it started leaking, so he turned the water main off. I wondered why it was turned off, after I came home, and paid the person who used the steamvac machine from Pinks.I could not use the washer or Dishwasher. Or my sinks. We discovered flooding in our basement tonight,no one told me about it. It appears the leakage was known but was forgotten about. Troy the owner, and Manager has rescheduled to clean the carpets, especially the room that was affected by the water main and the hose. I asked him to come in person this time. I would feel differently if I had been told about the flood and the hose being used, and the leaking of the hose and water main. And if it had been at least partially remedied before the service was paid for. For what I paid I was hoping no damage would be done to my home. I paid 655$ for air ducts, dryer cleaning and 2 gallons of cleaner for my carpet and the 3 rooms price. The water was clean but it got all around the room and into the hallway. We just had our main room in our basement refurbished, so that is not good. There was a lot of leftover soap from my uses of trying to clean my own carpet for over 10 years and the younger man didnt know that clogged the machine. In the hallway and some of the pretreated rooms from wear and use and pets. What the person needed to do is use rinse primarily a few times all over the carpet and then when all the soap that was already in there get out use their cleaning solution. And it would have been better the first time. There was no need to use any hose for any reason because they always had enough water with them. Just make sure you tell them what water source to use. I was hoping for better service and no equipment being Used that was not needed. The owner and Manager was kind and apologetic and really wanted to make things right and come out a.s.a.p to get the carpet fixed. He actually helped it quite a lot. I do need to find a plumber which is not fun, though.

Troy at Pinks Carpet Cleaning somehow removed red Oreo cream that my toddler thought would be fun to smear all over a some of our upholstered furniture. It was like magic. I really didnt expect anything to remove the red dye, but somehow Troy managed to do it.Troy was friendly, optimistic, fast, and very experienced. Your carpet and furniture is in good hands with this guy!

It is very clear that this company knows carpets and knows cleaning. Incredibly professional, great pricing and easy to work with.I had them do a rental property I was getting ready to sell and was about to replace the carpet completely but decided to try and clean it first instead. My neighbor was having their floors cleaned and i was interested in what they charged per room so I asked the technician if he had a second to come take a look at my 3 rooms. Not only did he take the time to look at my home but he was able to knock out my 3 rooms that same day!! Pinks is the third company that has cleaned our carpets since we’ve lived in our home. They were by far the BEST!
