Service was alright. Problem is they sure do hound you if anything is off. Our card On file expired the bill was due the 20th and the day the bill was due i got three phone calls my office received phone calls... I get it, leave a message and I’ll call when I get a free moment. They call then call right back.. Call at 9:50am, 9:51am, 10:45am then Monday at 9:07am,9:08am... they must be desperate and forget it, if you have work to do. They WONT wait for you to return a call. Buyer beware! If you tell them you want to cancel they want a exit interview to “go over your platform”... No thank you, just cancel the service.

Freshlime has been great to work with. I have had them for around a month and have seen 48 total new reviews on Facebook and Google. Before going to fresh lime I did a lot of research. Their pricing was great and they offered much more than many of the other companies. I am somewhat computer illiterate and their staff has broken everything down to me so I understand it. I’m looking forward to seeing what other services they offer.

Dont waste your money. Freshlime cant control what information is listed once they submit it to the host platform. They say they manage your listings, but when I asked them to fix the issues with the logo being fuzzy, the websites not listed, phone numbers wrong- basic information- they said its up to the platform how the information is presented. So they dont manage your listing because they dont control the listing.I emailed them the issues on the back end for the listings, and they said they cant control what the hosts do with the information. The listings are also really vague garbage ones that no one uses to search for things. The listings they use are obscure ones that Ive never heard of, and no one on my staff has either. Freshlime claims that having these listings will show google you are more relevant, but thats not possible if the information google is looking for like website, phone number, and a valid picture are wrong.The rep also said that I should have been getting texts to submit information and pictures for these listings. When I said that I had never been asked to submit new photos or content for these listings, they said hmm thats weird, it should have... really? and the only way they offered to make it right was by giving me a $50 credit. If a service hasnt been correctly provided a refund is in order. No chance of that. Ive been using their platform for 9 months with these listings Freshlime has supposedly been managing that have turned out to be garbage.Another major issue is for customer relations: Freshlime only sends out reviews to everyone, it wont filter who has already reviewed and not send a review request to those people. If someone put a review up last month, Freshlime doesnt know and their system sends out another text asking the person who just left a review to leave another one. That comes across to my customers that their review doesnt matter.You can put in individual names for reviews to go out to, but with over 1,000 customers, that takes forever. Its faster to do it on the back end from my business software.Its also not convenient for my clients to click the text for facebook and then have to go back for google when they get the text, sending out review requests with the text got 0 responses.On the off boarding call, I was really frustrated but the service rep kept talking about how their service is so good and better for her business. Apparently she has her own business but still works at freshlime? She kept talking AT me about how its been a game changer for her. Ok, so what about these issues Im having? It was very frustrating, and once they try to save, the sale the reps dont want you to talk, they just want you to listen about how great they are.The one positive: Its nice to be able to respond to the google and facebook reviews in one spot, but not worth the hundreds it costs to have their service.As a business owner I feel that my money has been wasted, and speaking to the reps it really comes across that they care more about keeping the sale than anything else.

Update 9/28/2020: Service rep called 22 minutes after our scheduled call time today to connect Google My Business account. Account was already confirmed and connected on my end, was never completed on FreshLimes side. We have another call scheduled for tomorrow.I signed up for Freshlime 6 months ago for a plan that would allow me to text our clients and would also maintain all of our online directory accounts to make sure everything was consistent, boosting our visibility on Google and across the internet. This functionality was never set up. I contacted Freshlime to cancel, on a phone number that never seems to be monitored. I also sent an email to cancel. This was also ignored. I was charged again for the month of September, I left a message on the number that no one ever answers, and Billing finally called back. They said they would like Support to reach out to set up the parts of my account (part of my original account that were never set up 6 months prior) as a courtesy to try to retain my business. They were supposed to contact me the next day. No one has contacted me back in over a week. Poor follow up, poor customer service.

Brian is absolutely amazing! He renovated my bathroom and completely upgraded it to this century! He’s knowledgeable and patient when explaining different options and made sure to stay in my price point! He’s also very respectable while working in your home by cleaning up after himself (there wasn’t one speck of dust!) and keeping the noise to a minimum! He definitely goes the extra mile! Before he left, he made sure to turn up my water pressure and the temp on the hot water tank which I thought was a great finishing touch. Anyone would be lucky to have him come do work for them!

As others have stated, you cant cancel. Though the sales rep told me I can cancel at any time, and the contract I signed allows me to cancel, (I did read it before signing), they just ignore written cancellation requests and keep charging your bank. It is always done in the middle of the night (last night, I received my invoice for November at 3 AM stating my account would be charged, it was charged an hour later).Their tools for gathering reviews are fine, but be sure you actually have time to use them before signing up.

I have had them for various services and theyre great for on boarding up until you need something. Ive been trying to cancel for 3 months, with leaving messages and email. NO RESPONSE!! Initially, they were very friendly and helpful when trying to get you me to sign up! Our main drive to FreshLime was the bot they offer, but BEWARE: there are specific requirements your website must reach in order for the bot to work, so make sure to discuss this with them ahead of time!! For reference, we use GoDaddy and our site did not have the capabilities to edit HTML so we could not install the bot. Before onboarding, I asked specifically if we would be locked in to a year contract and was told We do not do any locking in with customers. The subscriptions are paid month to month and we do a price guaranteed service agreement that can be cancelled if needed. READ THE FINE PRINT! I didnt and signed up for a yearly contract and have been locked in which I was told they didnt do. Being lied to in order to sell a product is not what I call professional, but thats what happened. I have been told they are appealing a cancellation for me and will wait to hear back and post an update.Just BE CAREFUL with what they tell you and make sure to read all the fine print.
