My husband went in for a trim on his long hair and beard. He said someone new cut his hair. I honestly think I could have done better with a blindfold. His beautiful, long hair was butchered. I can’t even understand what happened. It looks like a jagged a-line when he asked for a straight cut. And it’s closer to 4 or 5 inches than the 1 he wanted taken off. I don’t know if he had to keep cutting more off to try and “fix” it, but it ended in a horrible mess.The two stars are for their response when I called. They refunded it and offered to fix it and give us another free cut. I think we’re both a little unsure at this point and don’t want to return. I appreciate the good customer service following my complaint, but I definitely expect more out of an expensive place like this.

This is a great place to get a haircut. Everyone was friendly and I am really happy with my haircut. I went with the executive so I could get a bald fade and it’s one of the best fades I’ve had. Definitely recommend!Came back again and had another great experience. The staff has been really friendly and the quality of my haircut was also great.

I came here once before and had a good experience with Maddie, one of their stylists. I tried scheduling another haircut a few weeks later abouta week in advance and they had very little availability, and at poor times. I was able to move my calendar around to secure a time for today, and then I got a text this morning informing me that the stylist was no longer available. They offered a different time but it didnt work for my schedule, and we ended up having to cancel. I wanted to get this haircut in preparation for a meeting later this week and now I have to scramble to find somewhere else on short notice.

I have been a patron of this location for a long time. I loved this shop for the quality services and great environment. But within the last year, the quality of this establishment has gone downhill exponentially. Their cleanliness in the wake of the covid pandemic have been horrible. Ive had to jump from stylist to stylist because they cant seem to keep employees working there. My appointment times were consistently being pushed back for this same reason. For the price that I pay at GOAT, my expectations are much higher. When visiting other locations to see if this is a fluke, the experience has been the same. IMO - youre wasting your money going here and would get as quality of an experience at great clips. I myself will be going to a shop that treats their employees good enough for me to be able to consistently go to them.

Brought my son here for his first haircut and we were very pleased with our experience!! I debated bringing him to cookie cutters but am so happy we opted for GOAT! They were patient and gentle with him through all of his wiggles. We will definitely be back! The free snacks and drinks were also a nice perk, kept my girls happy and occupied. Thank you GOAT!!

Excellent place to get a haircut! Anyone can learn to cut hair well. What makes these guys different than the million other hair cutting places is they focused on CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. It’s not just wait in line in a boring lobby with outdated magazines no one likes just to have a depressed hairstylist call you back and give you a 5 minute haircut. They’re the exact opposite! It was a breath of fresh air. The greeting is warm and welcoming with people that smile. Reservations are encouraged but even then we only had to wait 15 minutes. The time went by quickly since the lobby has chess, snacks, soda fountain and the decor is just cool all while sitting on a comfortable couch. A nice hairstyle who seemed happy to be there called us back. She helped makes suggestions for my son. He was getting pictures that day and I wasn’t totally sure what would be best. I felt confident that she knew her stuff and I wasn’t disappointed! My wife commented how handsome he looked and now my other son wants to go there.The other really unique and smart thing about this place is they offer a membership that includes coming in unlimited times a month for not much more than a single haircut. That doesn’t include tip but if your experience was like mine you’ll be happy to pay and support them.Overall it was nice to see a regular, everyday industry stick out by just caring.

My husband and sons initially really liked this place but it has been completely ridiculous for the past 4-5 months. Every appointment we’ve made (10-12 appointments between 3 of them) has been rescheduled or cancelled without telling us. Today we actually showed up for an appointment that had been confirmed by a text from GOAT just 1 hour prior — only to be told that the stylist had been out sick all day and our appointment had been cancelled. They said they didn’t have any ability to take him on a walk-in basis (even tho they say walkins welcome) and would have to put him on a cancellation list for “maybe sometime later this week”. They need to get it together. The first 10 times it happened and they said they were trying to improve, I believed them. Now I just think they have no idea what they’re doing and don’t honor their appointment schedule.

If you need a haircut this is the place to go! I’ve been to many different barbers around town and this has the best barbers. They’re very experienced and can do any hairstyle you want, and you’ll leave feeling confident with the new haircut.

Took my son in for the first time today and he wanted to try something new as far as style. Amanda was great, was knowledgeable about different styles and what would work great with my sons type of hair. He is very happy with it and so am I!

I’ve been coming to G.O.A.T for about a year now and every time I come here I’m excited. Rylee my stylist/barber is always in a bright and smiling mood that just brightens your day as soon as you sit in her chair. She does great work, if you need a new barber or stylus I would 100% recommend her. She’s very efficient and great at her craft.

I used to go and even had a membership, but after several obvious hurry with the old guy experiences, I wont be going back again. Even if it was free. Not all, but most younger people are so out of touch with reality at G.O.A.T.

Not only is she one of the nicest people you will ever meet and makes you feel like her best friend on the first visit, she is also a brilliant stylist. This place is amazing for haircuts they take their time to make sure everything is perfect for you. The service is very high quality. I would recommend calling in to set up an appointment to secure a spot. They do take walk ins though if they have openings. Definitely give this place a look if you want a high quality haircut.

The absolute best place for men’s haircuts in Lehi. The atmosphere and decor is much nicer and upscale than any other barbershop i’ve been to in the area. And the same holds true for the service. Im not giving 1 star due to the quality of the product but for their complete disregard to their customers health and safety during this pandemic. When I walked in, a total 9 individuals employees and customers were not wearing masks. Three employees without masks were at the counter, completely oblivious to anyones safety. Then in the haircut area I counted six patrons not wearing masks. ( I will note that all hair stylists cutting hair did wear masks) Come on Goat, you provide a great service with an excellent end product, please just have some concern for all of your customers health and well being.

My son desperately needed a haircut so we tried out G.O.A.T. Haircuts in Lehi. We made an appointment online which made wait time way less but they do allow walk ins. They have tons of men’s beard and hair products for sale. We were in and out within 30 minutes. They washed, towel dried, and cut his hair. I got a hair cut and a beard trim by Kaylea. It was by far the best looking hair cut Ive ever had. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but then just let her do what she thought was best, and Im glad I did. She also gave me tips in how to style it properly which was super helpful.The ambiance of the whole place was cool too. Super clean and they had drinks and snacks available while you wait, even though the wait wasnt long at all.I dont want to get my hair cut anywhere else but here now.

I set a appointment 2 weeks in advance and received 4 text reminders,I showed up on time and was asked to reschedule. The gal that has been cutting my hair left and I still received texts confirming my appointment. My time is valuable just like anybody else.

I went in during the first 2 weeks of this location opening during the free haircut promotion. Aubree was my styling and she did an amazing job in a quick amount of time. Im very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be participating in their membership program and visiting regularly.

The services provided are the best. But I bought a year membership and they have charged me $650 three times. And frankly they are not that great. I hope they figure it out.Update they were quick to respond and hopefully it’s fixed.

I have been going to various Goat locations trying to find a good barber. I have had some good haircuts here but they talked me into the Chairman membership which has been a waste of money for me. My issues were with trying to get same day appointments, they almost never have same day appointments for the chairman haircut and when I was finally able to schedule a cut for 3 days while I was on my way there to get my cut they texted and canceled my appointment because my stylist called in sick. When booking my appointment I never chose a stylist, I chose the next available stylist. I finished driving to their location and they told me they couldnt get me in until 3pm. My appointment was at 9am on a Saturday. Very frustrating, when I actually have been able to get my haircut here it has been ok but with all the hassle and the high monthly cost for the membership, you would be better off finding somewhere more accommodating.

Rylee gave me one of the best hair cuts I ever had in my life. If you go there make sure you get her. The other people may cut good there too but Rylee will hook you up. Super professional and fast and affordable and she did the beard trim and washed my hair out and could really cut it was just a really good experience all around. 5 stars and I’ll be back.

Still not sure how I feel about this place.Great environment!The stylist are super nice!However they don’t give you a heads up that: If you’re 10 min late to an appointment it will be cancelled.Before you get a membership they make you think you can get a haircut anytime. but I was 11 min late and they didn’t let me in because of the 10 min late policy (which I wasn’t told about) and which is ridiculous when you pay for a membership.I asked to see if they can get me in a different location. they didn’t even help just gave me a number to American fork location (which they accommodated me last minute super nice staff)So if you sign up for the membership just keep in mind not to be late for an appointment.

My favorite place to get my hair cut and beard trimmed. I’m a long time regular of Danielle who is incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, friendly, and gives the best haircut on planet earth. And she can deep dive into game of thrones lore with the best of them, so you don’t need to worry about superficial haircut small talk. I also have had my hair cut and beard trimmed by Lexi who is equally as amazing in every single way- she also gives an incredible haircut and unmatched customer service. I would send any hairy friend looking for the best haircut in the state to either of them 20 times over. Plus, free Diet Coke. Can’t beat that.

Good haircuts when I can get them. I’ve tried walk-ins a few times now and it doesn’t work. Make an appointment if you’re going to try to come here.I had a frustrating experience trying to make an appointment. I tried making an appointment online the day before I wanted the haircut, and there was no availability all day. I decided to try a walk-in anyway, but I called ahead to see if they had room. They said “Sure! We haven’t been busy all day you should be fine.” (If they weren’t busy, why couldn’t I make an appointment the day before?) When I arrived they said, “Well people showed up and those appointments are filled now. I can get you in an hour and a half.” Not her fault really, but really frustrating to call ahead, be told it’ll be fine, and still not be able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. If they had so much room for walk-ins, why couldn’t I make an appointment the day before? I wish they had a check-in system like Great Clips.Another time I tried a walk-in they just said they have no room all day, but the AF location does so go there. After a 30 minute drive through traffic we arrive to have them say “We can’t get you for an hour.” I just wished they had called down to let them know we were coming and make a walk-in appointment.TL;DR Good haircuts, good snacks, bad communication, and that is the most important thing to me which explains the 2 stars.

I made an appointment for my son to get his haircut several days ago. Although we had an appointment, we still waited about 20 minutes until his haircut was started. We did enjoy the free drinks, snacks and candy that were available. The establishment was clean and well decorated. My sons haircut was good, but he stated that he felt like the stylist took longer than normal when he gets his haircut. I would definitely go back again, hoping that next time we can get right in when his appointment is scheduled.

Just had the best haircut of my life. Nestor and Victoria tag teamed on the Chairmans service. They were both great! Nestor handled the cut and the beard trim and amazing is all I could say. I feel like a new man. The reception staff was helpful and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience. Will be coming back.

(She was filling in at Sandy but usually is in Lehi). I have curly hair (am half black half white) and she took incredible care of me. Got the $25 cut and she got a $10 (40%) tip! Honestly, I was hoping for a better experience - with all the 5 star reviews I have come to guess that the reviews online must censored by their corporate office and only why you see the 5 star reviews.Nevertheless, in the beginning I bought a membership - the scheduling is buggy and hard to add on services to your cut such as wax. Also the system sometimes texts a reminder or sends an email - I am not sure why the system has issues. Maybe because I transferred locations.While I can deal with the online booking system issues, and almost worthless massage chairs, I am more disappointed in the service. On one than more occasion I was rushed because Tessa had a store management meeting and passed me off to someone else.On another occasion a month later, I had scheduled the executive cut and made an appointment several days in advance. I arrived a few minutes early and I waited about 5 min before seated. (Several times I have waited 5-10 minutes for my cut when my appt was at a certain time - this was not the first time).Stylist A* said that she didnt have time for the full exec cut because she had another appointment coming in in a few minutes and because I added on a simple wax treatment. I left the store and still the other appointment had not arrived.I understand one time doing this rushing - but when this happened three or more times, this has really bothered me.For a card carrying, dues paying full membership person like myself, I would expect better. Maybe its the personnel I have chosen but the service is not deserve 5 stars.For a premium brand that is selling a an experience with a service, this reinforces to me that staff can make all the difference.I will try it one more time but the next time they do this I am cancelling my membership.

So I called over an hour before driving up and the girl told me to come in and they would cut my hair. I drove all the way from payson, and when I got there she told me never mind they’re no longer taking appointments. Get better customer service. Have not cut my hair in 20 years! I was a little apprehensive to take on such a big task (in my mind) but EMILY was amazing. Not only was she able to give me a haircut that fit my facial structure (LOOKS AMAZING) but she also gave me a haircut that I could manage on my own without all the fancy equipment. Bonus that she was super fast! Im from SLC but it will be worth the drive to have Emily continue to maintain my hair moving forward.

Goodbye Cookie Cutters! This isn’t the first time we’ve taken our toddler here for a haircut and they do a wonderful time every single time! They put his favorite show on the tv, had a special smaller cape for him, and took their time to give him a really great haircut. This time we had Jessica and she even took the extra time to grab a different pair of trimmers for around his ears and neck because they were quieter. I love that they are gentle and patient!

Ive been a loyal member of the Goat for about a year now. My experience with the Goat early on was inconsistent, I would get a haircut I liked one day and the next appointment i would leave disappointed, to the the point Ive thought of cancelling my member and going to the competition.All that changed when i decided to switch to the brand new American Fork location. I was expecting the exact same results as their other stores but boy was i wrong.I scheduled my first appointment with the American Fork location about 3 months ago and havent gone to another location since then and I dont plan to and all that is because i met the best barber in Utah (in my opinion) Gabe Birch! Gabe has been amazing! I havent left once unsatisfied with my haircut. The dedication he has to his craft is very apparent. He is a very meticulous with his cuts. He wont settle for any less than perfect but thats just the tip of the ice berg. Hes an even better person. Ive gone to Goat some days at my worst moods and all that changes when i speak to Gabe. He always has me leaving with a huge smile and in a better mood than what i came with. The knowledge he possess regarding hair care, product knowledge, grooming is second to none.
