I have been trying to get an error message fixed on the website that the company I work for uses and pays MatchBack Media to access. I have been trying to contact Jacob for two days and nothing has been resolved. I have let him know that because of the error, I have not been able to work. I have left him a voice message, two phone calls, and multiple emails and I have gotten very little response and no solution to the problem. Ive called the companys phone number and remained on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up. I wish I could say their customer service was better.
