First, the honesty of this gentleman is incredible. The actual cost or repairing my Rolex was exactly half of the original estimates. The quality of the work also is incredible. My Rolex is more accurate now than is was when it was new.

Most Jewelers today do not repair watches in their stores. They are all sent to outside contractors who really dont invest a lot of time in doing their work. This repair shop is a one-of-a-kind today. Andrew takes great pride in his craft and delivers a superior product. I brought him two vintage watches. One from the early 70s only needed a new gasket on the back cover. The other watch was from the early sixties and Andrew said it needed a complete overhaul. He did all the work himself and the results are a perfect vintage watch keeping perfect time. His pride in workmanship is obvious. This is the only place to bring a watch in the area if you want it done right the first time. I cant thank him enough for his wonderful work.

Swiss Watch repair is by far the best watch repair shop I’ve ever found. Every, and I do mean every, jewelry store that supposedly repairs watches sends them out for repair. Swiss Watch is the first I’ve ever been to that does repairs in house. The owner was courteous, professional and competent. He didn’t try to over or up-charge me, he simply did the work I requested. I can’t say how happy I am with the work or the amazingly quick turnaround time. I will happily and whole heartedly continue to have all my watches serviced there, in fact I have no plans to ever go anywhere else. All I can say is thank you and I look forward to dealing with Swiss Watch repair in the future.
