Jake Wade performed an irrigation service at my home and went above and beyond to adjust irrigation heads and make recommendations to improve irrigation coverage.Jake took his time to explain to me the problems and possible solutions - making several of these changes on the spot.Jake was friendly and courteous. He provided great customer service and I am glad to recommend Jake as an irrigation service technician.
I edited my initial review because the company has responded very favorable. I had a person visit from management and he made me feel very comfortable that my initial experience was not the norm. I have since hired Massey and they are doing a fantastic job.(old)Tried several times to simply receive a treatment plan and a price. Either they dont show or they have excuses such as cant find your house or the manager gave me the wrong address but after multiple missed appointments I told them that I wasnt interested in continuing to try and give them my business. It really is a shame because they come recommended and several of my neighbors were interested in my price because they are looking for lawn fertilizing as well.

Laura came out to give me a quote on pest control. If there is some way she could have been better, I cant think of it. She was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about my pest problem & provided an excellent, affordable solution. Most of all, she was so pleasant & helpful. She totally went above & beyond, helping me with some things that were clearly outside the scope of her job & I am so appreciative. Cant recommend her highly enough. I am looking forward to meeting their other technicians & getting my pest problem under control.

Good grief Massey!!! When you are doing lawn treatments with those colorful little pellets, please ensure you dont deposit them all over the next door neighbors carport rug, side yard stone, and painted driveway!! You didnt need to tell me you treated the yard next door because I stepped out my side door into my carpeted carport to find a whole bunch of pellets. I took the time to use my broom down my stone side yard and side of my driveway then got out my hose to wash the pellets away from the stone and carpet so I dont have little polka dots on the dark gray paint. Only thing worse than this is when you came out with the clouds of dirt for soil enrichment!!!! Holy smokes but my white Jeep was covered in a filmy haze of brown dirt which was all over my painted driveway, carport carpet, sideyard stone and white lattice work. You might be good at doing whatever in the designated yard but lookout adjoining neighbors!!!!!

I had Massey for years and never had problems. Three weeks ago we started hearing mice under our house. I contacted them and they were going to have someone call me back. A week later I received a call. I returned the call and had to leave a voice mail which I guess got forwarded to someone else who called. I missed that call and 3 minutes after it came in called back and was told she wasnt in the office right then. I left 3 messages for her and havent received a call back. Today I called to cancel my service with them and they didnt really even care that I was leaving, most companies would try to retain their customers, I guess Massey is so big that it doesnt really matter if they loose a customer here and there.
Ive always found them to be courteous and professional for any customer service situation, even with the occasional complaint or problem (such as a website glitch) - thank you for retaining old-school professionalism!!! Phyllis was wonderful!!
My kids dad works for Massey which I have came across his doings which came out really great.He just work hard, as one of the flaws about him

I lived in my place for 3 years no problems. Then when the person above me moved out. They all came down to my unit. I tried to work with our association they ignored me. So I called Massey I paid $200.00 the first visit. Then after 3 months of spraying my place down. I didnt see anything left. I pay $35.00 a month for them to spray. They said if anything comes back they will do it free of charge. They also spray ur outside too. The guy who comes to do our unit is very nice. They come on ur sch. I havent seen one bug since I have them spray. Im very pleased with their services.
No Guarantee and No Accountability -I called Massey to help me catch a rat that had taken up residence inside the walls of my house. They came out and the first thing they did was to sit down with me and try to sell me on an annual pest control service for over $450. When I declined I was told by the serviceman Derek Lamas, that for the $175 they demanded upfront and a signed contract in fine print, they would catch the rat. I am not accustomed to paying for a service to contractors before the work has been done so I asked Derek if I signed the contract and paid him the money at that time and they did not catch the rat, what would happen then? He told me that they always catch the rodents. Well, that did not answer my question so I repeated the question, “What happens if I give you this money and you don’t catch the rat?” I got the same answer and with some frustration and resignation I gave him the money. Well sure enough, they bungled the setting of the traps which alerted the rat, and the following Monday I called and asked for a refund. The manager at the time, Eric begged me to give them another chance which I did, and they sent out my favorite person, but the damage had already been done and the rat was well informed about our plans and was able to easily elude their traps. The following week no one came out and after calling I was told that the person in charge of the account had been sick, however they didn’t bother to cover him with one of their other guys. I called in again to ask for a refund, and was referred to their new general manager, Randy Wagner. He flat out gave me the run-around and the corporate line that they don’t give refunds even though they did not fulfill their part of the agreement and what I was promised verbally by Derek Lamas. He also told me this without contacting Derek or checking out my story.Based on my experience these people put their profits first and their customers last. It’s all about the money and protecting themselves so they can take your money, not have to be accountable, and profit at your expense. The rat is still in my house. I find this practice to be devious and predatory. I hope the public will be more aware now that Massey is not up front about what their secretive practices are and they place the burden on the customer to read all the fineprint and pay up front with no guarantees.You can now buy on the internet, a very effective, battery operated rodent repellent device that emits a white noise that drives away rodents. It is a third the price of Massey’s unguaranteed charge, and will last indefinitely. My mother used one for a large rat in her garage, and hasn’t seen the critter in three years. Why use a dishonest company when you can do it yourself for a third of the price?No more Massey for me!
