Spoke with Eric to schedule bi-weekly cleanings and was provided a quote very quickly. Was provided a schedule of dates the cleaning will take place and two ladies showed up and did a wonderful job! They spent a good time in our home while our home is not cluttered or dirty I love the way the house smells and it just made me feel great! I would highly recommend them.

The crew from Virginia Housekeepers did a wonderful job cleaning our apt for move out. They sent a team of 3 and cleaned the apt in just two hours. Everything looked great, especially inside the oven! They cleaned everything as asked and we were really pleased with the service.

Virginia Housekeepers come out recently to perform a deep cleaning in my house (due to the pandemic, I had neglected it for over a year). These guys were recommended to me by a friend. The ladies came out and were exactly on time, were wearing masks and gloves to be safe, and were extremely friendly. The job was completed on time and the results were fantastic! Definitely better than I would have done myself. I highly recommend this company - not only were they professional but the price was also impossible to beat! Had high hopes for this company but an hour late and yelled at by the guy who owns the company for trying to help.VA housekeepers were almost an hour late -lost in the area. I was communicating with Eric who is the owner and offered to try to find them down the street... he completely lost his temper with me saying he “was losing his patience.” COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL to yell at the CUSTOMER. I have worked in the service industry and you never ever yell at the customer. Let alone when they are trying to help the situation and a young female woman! I ignored his advice and drove down the street and found the cleaning ladies just sitting in there car. Even though they were an hour late he charged me full and the cleaning staff missed some pretty basic cleaning for a move-in deep clean. They missed a cabinet and light switches. The ladies were nice so I tipped them but the man who owns the company was very rude. I expected a discount for this unbelievable behavior and an hour lateness
