Billy took time to explain the working of the hearing aids. He was able to identify and fix a problem I had with one. Kathy is so nice. Good place and they back up their products with good service.

I was surprised with how little time Billy spent with me. It was just a maintenance appointment, though, so guess he covered everything. I just expected more than 15 minutes since I hadnt been in for 3 months.
