Found the name on FB - lucky find! Dennis Snider is not only professional, but a wonderful teacher with lots of patience. I had a new computer and am not tech savvy - not to mention being old! Thank you for getting me set up and on my way. This is my life-line with family and friends.

As we stood in line add Geek Squad for over an hour and they continue to take patrons that had not signed in and made an appointment I Googled computer help and found the best find of the day! Knowing that his day was almost over and that it was going to eat into his downtime, Dennis took the time to go over everything on our computer, fix the issues and restore the confidence that I had to go on conducting our business. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Computer Tech Pro! Although I accidentally called after hours, I was greeted on the phone very nicely. The tech was able to work with my schedule and even moved around his morning a bit for me. When I arrived he explained everything in great detail and was very courteous. He even carried the tower out for me! Even though it was a time consuming job, he was able to repair and return my much needed computer back to me within 24 hours.
