We used KBF by Audi to remodel our kitchen, family room, dinning room and living room into an open floor plan and could not be happier. KBF by Audi also remodeled two bathrooms and our laundry room. Jamil, Erika (for the design choices) and John (Flooring) could not have been more professional. Their expertise made this BIG project actually Fun. Their workers cleaned up daily after a days work. Having a showroom that you can go to to pick out your fixtures, cabinets, tile, flooring etc was VERY helpful. There were no surprises in either the cost or the time quote. We would highly recommend them and will us them again if we have another need.

We absolutely give KBF by Audi Contractors the highest recommendation we can give. A few years ago, we contracted with Audi to fully remodel our downstairs -- new flooring, kitchen, fireplace, painting walls, ceiling, etc. The process was a pleasure from beginning to end. The quality of their work is incredible. All of the people working on the job are employees (rather than contractors) for Audi, and the crews work together extremely well, which makes the whole process so easy on the homeowner. If a plumbing or electric issue arises, the crew is able to quickly and seamlessly have it handled without our even having to get involved.The Audi project manager communicates very effectively every step of the way and explains what is happening on what day, what to expect, etc. You can tell this is a family run business and that the quality of the work is personal and critically important to every employee. I think they treat every job as if they were doing the work for their own homes.I was amazed by how beautifully everything turned out, and weve received compliments repeatedly from guests to our home. Audi stands behind their work and puts customer satisfaction at the top. They are so amazing that I was sure they were going to be priced well above the other estimates we sought. However, to my surprise, they were extremely competitively priced, and under what several contractors who did not have nearly the same quality estimated. Jamil has set up a system where he uses high quality materials that he has identified over time and keeps his work crews in house to save customers expenses and guarantee the quality. His crews are amazing and so trustworthy that I would not hesitate to give them free and full access to our home on any job (and we have repeatedly).We were so pleased that weve recommended them time and again. Even with small jobs weve had, Ill wait to fit into Audis schedule because I know the quality of work when it is done will be top notch and I wont have to worry about anything related to the job. We know many friends who have also used KBF by Audi, and without exception, all have been thrilled with the results.

Could not be any happier with how the entire process went, from the initial meeting at their amazing showroom, to the design and selections, all the way through the construction process and completion- our kitchen and whole 1st floor remodel went so smooth, everyone we worked with was amazing and communicated so well. I was very impressed with the Leesburg showroom and the selection available for me to choose from. Staff is super polite and friendly. No pressure sales, they were very helpful explaining products and the contracting process was very transparent. I highly recommend this company. I left feeling good and not taken advantage of.

Was there for a job interview.

The customer service is lacking and management is extremely defensive when quality of the work is in question. I was treated as extremely low priority; as they are too busy with other jobs to even respond to simple correspondence. Attention to detail was severely lacking and you get the sense that they are more focused on the next big job as opposed to focusing on the satisfaction of each customer. All in all I wouldnt recommend working with them.

KBF remodeled 4 of our bathrooms....1 Masterbath, 2 full and a 1/2 bath....plus, they installed wood-like flooring in our muddroom, and our laundry/computer area, along with new carpeting for our basement....KBF is a one stop shop....I highly recommended them
