Kaylee at Leeds store was beyond fantastic! I have never experienced the wonderful customer service in any AT&T store like the one in Leeds. Kaylee went over and above to set up our devices and was so knowledgeable! Kaylee was amazing and know you must be proud! AT&T needs more Kaylee’s! I can’t thank Kaylee enough for all she did for me!! I will be telling everyone about the great customer service and experience! Thank you Kaylee!!

The manager, Kaylee, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and fast. I was dreading upgrading our phones due to my past many horrible experiences at this specific location. Kaylee made the experience as painless as possible and I highly recommend using her store.

I can’t stress enough how great of an experience I had at the Leeds AT&T store.It is a smaller store than some and I started not to go there but so glad that I did. Blake was awesome to deal with. The entire staff in Leeds is courteous and genuinely care about helping each customer reach their goal. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new phone or just trying to talk to someone to figure out what your options are to bypass everywhere else and go straight to Leeds. They will help you find the best answer to your solution and get you in and out quicker than expected

Awesome Customer Service. Great Team the ladies tackled our issue promptly and escalated it promptly after a few attempts to resolve an extremely abnormal issue. The store Manager Blake resolved our phone line issue that the other AT&T stores and AT&T Customer Support could not after a couple months of no data / internet service on a line that we had for 5+ years. They are experts and the best in the field that I have experienced in all my years of AT&T service. This is coming from an IT Pro.

Kaylee was very helpful and informative! I did have a hiccup with the SIM card, but Blake got the fixed for me in no time! I always recommend this store and service! Excellent job y’all!

It can get busy, but it is a good place with positive people. They fixed the issue with my phone when I had a problem.

Kaylee provided very rude service, clearly an incompetent employee with no patience to address a dysfunctional phone.Continued to talk over me making it very clear that this was not her job and everything she was doing was well above and beyond her responsibility.The information she did provide turned out to be very incorrect and caused unnecessary delays in getting my phones corrupt software corrected “working with Apple, still not corrected”.After she made the statement “I don’t want to have to send you to Atlanta to get this fixed” as if she had the power to send me on my way 2 1/2 hours down the road, I cut my losses and left.I did not walk into the Leeds shop with any preconceived notions of the outcome, I was only looking for help getting my phone working again. It would have saved both of us a lot of time if you would have just explained you could not help me and to contact Apple instead of asserting your control with no intelligence to back it up.

Open on Sunday 12p-6p drove up at 2:15p and the door was locked with a sign saying gone to lunch! Are you kidding me? My husband and I were not just looking we are ready to buy 2 new phones, iPad, and watches with accessories, lost my business. Hope you enjoyed your lunch!

Came in today to get the s20 ultra, sadly while they didnt have it in store we did manage to go ahead and order it. Someone is coming within the next two hours of my visit to deliver me my phone and help me get it set up if need be. Excellent service, Excellent employees, the manager is probably one of the best managers Ive ever met in my life. If you ever need any help with anything go here.

Walked in and was ignored by everyone. They acted like they didnt want my business, so I went to the store in Pell City and bought my new S20+, and was treated very well. I will continue to shop there as it was worth the drive. May I also suggest some customer service training for this store, as it is badly needed.

Phone service is good. Employees always seem to really not care. I had to get a new phone and not being tech savvy and said I wished I could save all my apps like I could my contacts. They told me after they changed me over to my new phone they could have done that. They always have kids or significant others hanging around and not focused on customers.

Jay was so nice and got my son hooked up with a great plan. Definitely recommend!

If you know what you want, dont bother with a store: buy online. IF the store has it, the try to change your contract, not cool.

The customer service from sydni was great but I bought to items a wireless head set and a wireless charger pad from them and they both were defected and I live 1 hour away and the only help I got was I had to take it back there so Im beyond heated because the a t not by my house at all
