Right down the street from most everything around here, friendly staff. I prefer the $12 wash hands-free with free scrub from staff workers. Unlimited vacuuming free of charge.

The front end staff does not get the bugs or road gunk off cars prior to wash. They are in to big of a hurry half a__ the service. Cars need to be slowed down to actually have time in the chamber for the design system to work. Hopefully management will address this!

To be an automatic car wash it does a really nice job! My only real complaint is that when the car wash starts its like you step into a rave with laser lights flashing all over the place and strobes. The thing that really surprises me is they havent been sued because somebody had an epileptic seizure. Seriously they should put up a sign that gives an epilepsy warning just like some video games and movies do I mean if only just to cover themselves legally.

Could do a better job on washing around the inside of the tires not so much the rims some mud or dirt is always stuck like theres no pressure there to take off dirt...but over all nice

When I went through this car wash it damaged the side of my vehicle and the rear window. I spoke with a man named John. He refused to take blame for the damage on my car and refused to fix it. It cost me $165 to repair the damages. Do not go to this car wash. They will mess your car up.

So I was driving down the street and my mother told me our long-lost cat Trevor has been lost for good, hes lost in the magical wilderness of despair and loneliness! I was in desperate need for a pick-me-up considering I was thinking about how cute and fluffy Trevor was and forever will be. I want it, I NEED it, the vast wetness of the car wash. Do not take your car here they will destroy your car and do absolutely nothing about it. Their car wash damaged my vehicle and they made up some lame excuse why they wouldnt pay. Their machine ripped my mirror off and they could probably purchase a replacement for $30 but wouldnt do that. this is the second incident Ive had with them about damaging my vehicle and both times theyve refused to make it right. I repeat do not take your vehicle here they will damage it.

I use this wash a lot. There are several options for the wash, from like 6 bucks to 20 bucks. The free vacuum is always very useful! The employees seem to be very attentive to everything also. When a vacuum becomes blocked they come right out and fix it. Its a good car wash.

Lots of wash options. Employees were nice and made themselves accessible. Free interior car vacuums, and wipe down cleaning handtowels readily available.

Barely gets all the dirt off. Employees do well and work to get the base dirt off but the machines dont do well. They do have good vacuums though.

I have been a member of this wash for about a year. I love that they give me fast pass barcode that lifts the gate up without me having to punch a code or swipe a card or barely stop.They have professional, uniformed staff there, scrubbing my car before I enter the wash. It is pretty amazing and the best wash I have had from a machine. I have an suv and usually the drive thru washes dont get the back clean, but this one does! They even provide towels to dry with! I cant say enough. Unlimited membership so I can go everyday. If It rains, who cares?! I can go again the next day.

You guys should offer a discount on your car wash if the vaccums are not available for use, or have the sign posted where you make payment. Wasted 7 bucks on an ok carwash when what I really needed was to vacuum my car. Glad yall are taking precautions but I feel really cheated.

Fair carwash but $20 for the premium wash is way too high. $13-$15 is what other washes are charging and they seem to get my car much cleaner and with their cheaper priced wash. This location is leaving a lot of bugs and dirt on the bumper and fender areas. Also its not drying very well at the end of the wax cycle.

I was feeling quite disappointed after stopping in to your Moody location today. I bought the $20.00 wash and after the wash ended I was left with soap suds still on the car and dirty wheels. It is definitely not a place I would recommend to others. I would say drive a little further to the carwash in Leeds or Trussville.

Was there on New Years Eve to wash car and the attendant informing us to use brush for pre wash and because music was maybe a little loud and on trap rap he called the police and it was like 30 degrees outside its fine get your car washed there but workers there are ignorant and very racist and judgmental I wouldnt spend another penny at this car wash
