They were very poor communicators. The windows are nice, but I think the salesman didn’t inform us of several issues we encountered. Namely, there is an internal and external grille systems, so if you are inside and not standing directly in front of the window you see the gap. It is not what I want to see when I look at 4k$ windows! Also our old widow dressings do not fit! 1000$ of window dressings are useless now. Honestly the windows fixed a few problems the old windows had, but the new ones created new ones!!! They also didn’t follow up on several requests.The reason they get two stars is the crew doing the install were very nice. That’s it though, everyone from the office acted like they understood my frustration, but didn’t make me feel like a valuable customer, just a sale.I wouldn’t recommend this branch of RBA to a friend.

Called regarding a slider door that leaks and is causing rot in our floor. A tech came out and didn’t even look at the issue, just jumped into the cost of replacing everything.I asked him what was causing the issue, was it the door itself, a poor seal, etc. and what needed to be don’t to fix it. He told me he has no idea what the problem was and that we just needed to replace everything. I asked if he could please actually take a look because of the door could be salvaged, I’d like to go that route. He said because it’s not an “Anderson door” they wouldn’t salvage it even if it was useable and that we HAD to replace the door to use their service. He continued into his sales pitch and told me it would be 7k. I was then told he had to go to his next appointment and he would send me the quote later. I never heard from anyone from Anderson again. Granted, maybe he knew I wasn’t going to use their services regardless, but why would I if you can’t even tell me what the issue is? If you can justify me needing to spend 7k, fine I will, but he was simply trying to sell their product. Not one piece of helpful information was provided.

I have never even attempted to do business with Renewal by Andersen but somehow they have my email address and send me roughly 5-10 emails per day. IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I “UNSUBSCRIBE”, THEY DO NOT STOP. LEAVE ME ALONE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!

Excellent customer service. Friendly. They followed covid precautions.
