If I could give 0 stars I would cassie did my hair and did not do what I asked for at all! And corp doesnt seem like there gonna help and refund me do not let cassie do your hair! This is what I asked for the ombre fire and this is what she did actually dont go to smart style at all she works at both albany and lebanon since no one is willing to help me I am now posting here! Do not go to smart style at all and if you do do not let cassie touch your hair you will not get what you ask for. It been hours since I heard from corp and havent heard anything back 0 stars purple pink red and ugly weird brown color is not what I asked for at all! Black fire color is what I asked for

Got a wash and cut from Alicia V. She was FANTASTIC and was SUPER FRIENDLY! I have been to many salons and let me tell you she is the best stylist Ive ever dealt with. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!!!!

I got my hair done today by Elena and she did perfect. I was able to get in the same day I called for an appointment. She exactly what I wanted, even though I had a hard time explaining. If you get the regular cut for $16, then you need to ask for the shampoo. They will shampoo and dry your hair for free with the hair cut if you ask. She was super friendly and she gained a long lasting customer today.

I went in yesterday, July 28th about 9 am. I was looking for a hair styling product that it turns out they did not have. The young lady working there was so nice and sweet and introduced me to another product that I bought and just love! I didnt get her name but wanted to thank her. I will be going back to buy more of this product, too.

Unprofessional place, DO NOT GO HERE !I will be NOT surprised if they are not qualify, I went for a quick blow out, she ended up burning my hair and added oils while she flat iron hair, this is a very disgusting place getto and unprofessional. I can’t express that enough. She added something for “repair” shampoo and took me 2 weeks to get out my hair . Looking at the beauty and cosmetics board about this situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Took the kids here a couple times and 2 of the workers are great...but sadly haven’t seen them in awhile. Went today and 2 of the workers were just sitting around and my husband went to ask if the kids could get a haircut and they said they were busy the rest of the day...we walked off and looked back and they were closing down the gate lol...ok...probably won’t go back again.

I always wanted to get layers in my hair but I was always afraid untill someone recommended me to come to this place but not only did they tell me to come here but to ask for Alicia V. So I did she was very sweet and friendly thats always a plus I explained what I wanted and she saw that I was nervous but she helped the anxiety come down with good conversation when she finished I was blown away I loved it she is amazing at what she does I finally found a place where I can trust someone with my hair I will never go anywhere else I hope she stays forever!!! Uneven through the whole haircut. She took exactly seven minutes to cut my hair. My husband straighted up the neckline. They need to learn to go back in and check their haircuts. I asked her if she knew how to cut a wedge....ya..sure I do....NOT. MINE IS NOTHING BUT A PIXIE...WONT GO BACK...I EVEN LEFT HER A 5.00 TIP

I have always loved this shop but turnover is pretty bad. Jen is wonderful my last experience was pretty bad. I made appt waited 45 min with no appology. Another hour in the chair. They are a talented group but overworked.

Would never get my hair colored there again just wanted blond highlights got yellow and orange hair big blocks of it witch i did not even ask for thats not highlights that visit was 5 hrs as she tryed to fix it .yet i still had to come back 4 days latter mean while walking around with my hair looking like that and didnt even say sorry o and the hole back of my pants bleached and soked from water runing down my back while she washed my hair out .happy after they fixed it no bracy but not as orange . needless to say i turned down the hair cut and the waxing went home and still plucked so ya not worth it !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE THEY ARE CHEAPER BUT REMEMBERING YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR GIRLS .....

If I could give them zero stars I would. I usuallly take my kids to a specific place for cuts but I was in a pre-thanksgiving hurry and made a stop here. Was charged for a shampoo and cut but never got the shampoo, only a cold spraybottle of water. I was very specific about getting my son a #2 on the sids and finger length on top and got the most botched haircut I have EVER seen. some spots were over an inch different in length. Because I had other kids with me (6 total in tow) I was not watching the stylest (loose term) closely, and I know she knew it was botched becuase she gooped his hair and spiked it up with gel. When I got home and had a better look I saw the damage done. I know that girls that work in these places are fresh out of schol and knew i would not get the salon quality cut i normally get tbut that was on a whole new level. How this girl had a licnese i seriously do not know. This totally ruined the thanksgiving family photos with relatives we hadnt seen in year. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else.

If you go within half an hour of closing, dont bother. They would rather do nothing than maybe stay a few minutes late to cut your hair and actually have good customer service.
