Eddie Garcia came to my home. He was very nice and efficient. He unclogged the main drain (my toilets, washer, and tub were all clogged and overflowing) and explained to me what he was going to do. He got the work done very quickly and I would use RotoRooter again because of his great service.

We weren’t happy with the service of the first technician that came out, but a second tech (main line specialist by the name of Eddie) came out the following morning and had to remove a seriously stuck drain snake from the previous person and then had to remove roots from the main drain to resolve the overall problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking and explained everything during the process. He even let me see the camera scope down the drain to help me understand and see the issue. He also recommended the best next steps we could take to not have a back up issue again. Thanks again Eddie, you are very much appreciated!

Alex was the technician that was sent to my home and I have to say that my experience with him was very positive. He was able to identify the issue and called for the camera ( at my request) to see why the drain would not clear. ROTO Rooter provided same day service in unclogging a sink and replacing 2 faucets. Kima arrived within two hours of my call. He was very nice and professional. Had a sewer backup today and Jeff came out in 30 minutes after calling! Jeff called in Dusty to install to install a cleanout (old house didnt have one) so it got a bit pricey, but they got it all fixed and up and running in a couple hours, so not so bad considering the short notice and getting it fixed so quickly. They ran a camera down the line and explained everything. Both guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Would have them out again!

Mr. Phil was the best. All I can say is, he’s very patient and calm. I was panicking due to the fact the kitchen sink had been clogged overnight. 9 AM:Called Roto-Rooter to unclog my main line after noticing a problem.1132 AM: Problem solved.I know my fair share about plumbing amd I knew exactly what the problem was. Mr. Johnson verified my suspicion. He was great, respectful, honest, and there was no upsell.This company is definitely not the cheapest but 2 hours and 32 minutes from phone call to finished is worth not waiting two days or getting an annoying upsell in the first 10 minutes. If you want your family to shower the same day your main line starts to back up call them.

After having a horrible experience with a technician earlier in the day; Zach showed up at our house after having to drive an hour out his way, at 9 p.m. to fix our toilet! He was kind, and respectful of our sleeping baby. Took care of business and was in and out in 15 minutes. He even took a moment to sanitize our bathroom for Covid safety precautions! Guys like Zach restore our opinion of a company after a bad experience.

Vincent and Chris came to assess why my basement continued to flood. An issue that the contractors from my home warranty company could not figure out. The problem was a detached pipe under my deck. Over the weekend I had the pleasure of hosting a clogged toilet! With this being my only bathroom in the house my need to end this party was immediate. A great service experience today with Phil at Roto-Rooter. We called on short notice on Sunday and he was down within and hour and a half. Our drain under the furnace intake was unable to take in water from both the furnace and our humidifier. My husband and I tried everything. Phil came in and was able to get the job done promptly. He called before he arrived and was within the expected service window. He not only fixed the drain--which was difficult to get to--but he gave us some great advice for the future and guaranteed his work for six months. Cant beat that! Thanks so much Phil. Andrew C. (4782) has done the job but he is not professional at all. He did not ask to use our cup in the kitchen for his work. He does not take a note about customers requests and performed different than our request (incomplete work). Also he uses curse words during his job. He put his work tools onto kitchen counter without asking permission. He did not clean in detail and trash (small parts of pry woods was thrown into pipe space. He needs to be trained like other guys who helped our clogged sink before, they are great. I am very disappointed with this as I expect same level of professionalism. I am hesitated to request any work in the future.
