From my experience I could tell you guys never had a problem or a missed pick up. I only had one issue I call and it was taken care of write away. And I’ve been with this company 4 along time. I definitely will recommend to anyone.
Have used this company faithfully for 33 years. Yes they might have missed me a couple times since then. Snow or new driver usually the cause. But lately I have been seeing neighbors trash not being picked up for weeks! They all asked me who I use. Will continue to use them because they are a local company.
We have had Weidle Sanitation for may years for our 3 properties. Within the last 6 months service has drastically gone downhill. They are taking on too many clients, do not have enough drivers or trucks or office staff. The office staff is rude. They do not return phone calls for days. They have repeatedly missed trash pick ups. Current customers should be receiving good service before taking on new customers. It has come to the point we have had to drop them and find another service outside the local area.
Bad service, never answer the phone and when they do don’t let you talk.
Horrible service. They either take your trash and leave recycling or vice versa but have had to call them asking to pick up one or the other. Also, they missed a service due to weather which is understandable but expected them to come back out as soon as weather cleared. Was told they would not. Asked for a prorated refund for missed service but would not do that. Don’t go with them. They don’t value your hard earned money.
They never show up

Great small business in town. I switched when LF’s sold out and never looked back. Always on time and reasonable prices. No complaints.
Have not picked up recycle on time since day one.
Frustrated with being woken up at 1:30 am for recycling and then again at 4:30 am for trash pick up. Trash cans are left with crud on them -- not from my trash which is bagged -- and lids removed and left where ever.
My family and I moved into the Lebanon area an d was given their name by the previous owners. I have left voicemails to call back but no one returns my calls! This is not customer service. Looking to see if there is another company to contract with.
We have lived in Rockledge Development for over 5 years and they have missed are trash pick up at least 6 times or more, how do you miss one or two people on a circle??

I had Weidle for over 8 years with no issues, but then when I moved across town, they havent picked up my trash for three weeks. Ive talked to their staff numerous times about trying to resolve the issue, and was told it would be fixed, but unfortunately after 8 years I will have to change over to a more reliable company. Wish I could give a better rating...
Tried signing up for service but no one answers the phone.
Weidle people are kind and courteous whenever we have an issue, and they always have accommodated us with any adjustments we have needed. The early hours are actually good so we dont have garbage hanging out all day smelling up the street. The problems weve experienced come from, either tenants who are just lazy and dont follow the rules or people who dump around the trash causing us more expenses. Actually, Weidle was kind enough to credit us for some of that. They are a good company.
Had them for around 6years now never a problem.Never missed a payment.Went to pay my bill to at like 3:30pm close at 4 only to be Disrespected told I need come in sooner.Lady who took care of me was rude and disrespectful about everything, acted like I was worthless trash that walked in. Also I paid my bill online only to be told now it was never paid.I’ve called multiple times only to answer machine pick up and never get call back.I guess it’s time to leave and find a new company, shame from the other reviews on here looks like I’m not the only one, I guess that’s how this company treats long-standing customers.
Constantly breaking my trash cans and leaving the empty cans laying all over the place. Completely missing entire weeks, yet bill continues to rise every month.
I have enjoyed their service for almost 10 years. They have the best service at a more than reasonable price. The only service in Jonestown that provides Bi-weekly curbside recycling services. They even provide the recycling cans.
Ive had Weidle for years and had no problem but the last time I needed to depend on them they really disappointed me to no end. I moved to another state and paid extra on my bill to make sure they were able to pick up all that was in for pick up and since I pay online I would have paid extra if they needed me to. When I got to my state of living, my friend informed me that 5 large bags of trash were still sitting at my garage. I called them and they said they would pick it up. The following week my realtor who is selling our house says its still there. Then I get a bill for something I did not put out for them to pick up but even if I were to pay the bill I still had extra left. So now my trash is not picked up and they have my money. How horrible it is to depend on your long term trash service when you needed them to be honest and dependable the most, to disappoint you at the most important moment. Are they that selfish or sneaky to only pick up when your in the state but when you leave they assume you wont know and take your money with no service????? very sad. Our friend had to pick up the trash since they will not return my calls or pick up what i paid for. Very sad and very disappointing. Not dependable, Not professional. I would not recommend such a juvenile service.
It gets old trying to call and get a live peraon on the phone. Once you go through all the automated stuff then u get voice mail
In my experience, Weidle has delivered the best service in the business, by far. The price is fair, and the customer service outstanding. Weidles small town service and personal touch is the real deal.
Great service at a good price! I put my trash out and its gone the next morning. Ive been using Weidle for years. On the rare occurrence that my trash gets missed, they are quick to correct the error.
Great service. Family owned. Not some corporate ran business that only looks out for themselves. They go the extra mile for there customers to the best of there abilities.. They start at 12am so that they can be off the road in the early morning for commuters.. Makes lots of sense. Not only that. But im pretty sure no one wants to smell trash stewing in the hot summer mid days.. Jus something to think about to the negative critics. Such as the one star review..
The place behind us uses them. They miss days and the worst thing is that they bring their noisy truck at 5/5:30 AM. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! People are still trying to sleep!
Late with picking up our trash they pad our bag total to get more money they w en failed to pick up trash and they charged us and even skipped our place that week
We had them for years. We found Waste Management to be a much better price. The main thing we hate about Weidle is they come through the development between 3am and 6am. They wake me up every week and I cant stand it. I get little sleep with working two jobs and this really kills me. I cant get back to sleep and it ruins me for the day. I know many services that would never think of coming through before 7 or 8 oclock. Not sure why the trash industry thinks they are different and shouldnt be courteous.
