I always wanted my VHS tapes in a dvd format, but very skeptical about having them in someone else’s hands. Ever present and their team from Lebanons The Guilded Edge have made this time of uncertainty so much easier for me. They made a stunning booklet of my fathers world war II experience out of a very old book that I did not believe could salvaged . Old videos were also copied of my daughters childhood which were in awful shape but came out beautifully. I highly recommend them and will be having them next produce my genealogical chart which I will give my grandchildren for Christmas!

I used EverPresent to convert four old home movies from the 80s to digital. Worked like a charm, they were great to deal with and I was happy with the results. Great customer service.

It was fabulous to be able to go through our old slides quickly once they were cleaned and put on a disc. We saw shots that we had entirely forgotten about and never realized we had. My kids especially were thrilled to see some pictures of their early childhood, especially in slide format which is much better quality than any iPhone can produce. One problem that I had, though, was that there were no instructions with the memory stick, and I had to go through the slides and share them one at a time. Even if the memory stick is not searchable, I would have liked to know how to share several slides at a time.It is not cheap, but worth every penny.

This is a wonderful service. I needed to transfer an Antarctic music video on a CD to DVD and a USB drive. The process was clearly explained to me in a friendly and professional way over the phone before I dropped off the CD in Lebanon, NH, and a few days later picked up the CD, DVD and USB drive at the same location. It all went very smoothly and the results were excellent. Now I have to find the time to go through my many 35 mm slides of Arctic and Antarctic snow and ice research to choose those I want to have digitized.
