I highly recommend West Tree Service. I called Jessica about removing a huge dead tree that was very close to structures and power lines, as well as trimming a tree that was basically on top of our house. She is a certified arborist and came out the next day after calling and gave me a very reasonable price that was better than any other company I had called. She communicated with me and was very responsive to my questions. Harrison and his crew came out and did an amazing job with the trees and stump grinding. If you need any kind of tree work done, West Tree Service is definitely the way to go!

West Tree Service is professional and courteous and most importantly communicative. We filled out a request form on their website and someone contacted us in less than 24 hours. They continued to have excellent follow-up and amazing response times. When they got to our property on the day of service, they went above and beyond to be respectful of our property and made sure not to damage some other sapling trees growing near their work area. They also cleaned up the area after completing the job so it was a complete and hassle-free service for us. Absolutely 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and will use again for any tree needs in the future.

We were new to the area and did not know what Tree Service Company to use in our area... Unfortunately the Tree Service Company we had chosen first was a disastrous experience..The company left us with broken fence panels and also left us with a HUGE tree stump sitting in our front yard for several weeks.The company claim their truck had been broken down .. The truck was very old and had left leaked oil throughout our street.The company never came back to finish the job..I was highly recommended to use West Tree Service..I spoke to Harrison at West Tree Service he was extremely nice came out helped us move the old stump left behind for the other company.I still had two other trees and stump to remove..He provided us a very reasonable price and sent a extremely professional and very conscientious crew out to do the job..The Crew were EXCELLENT... The crew had to grind around our landscaping they dug two small plants up and then replanted exactly the way they were supposed to be planted back. The crew did a excellent job cleaning up and most importantly West Tree Service had the RIGHT New Equipment to do the job correctly..West Tree Service was Light Speeds superior over our disastrous nightmare company we first had out to home.We will always use and will always highly recommend West Tree Service for any size tree and stump removal job.Excellent Company from their equipment they use to the people who are second to none!!!

West Tree Service was A+++ I dont know trees or tree companies, but here is what I know: Their price was great based on multiple quotes, they were very well equipped with what appeared to be well-maintained equipment, showed obvious skill and care on an absolutions monster of a tree up close to our house in what could have easily damaged the house if not done right, were very professional, respectful and communicative about what they were doing, and seem to really it have it together. As an added bonus, they put my chimney cap on for me no charge. Cant recommend them more.

I have never felt the need to fill out a review, but because I had such a wonderful experience with removal of my trees, I couldn’t not leave one. They did an excellent job and went well beyond the call of duty. They were friendly and got the job done in less than two days. If I could give this business a grade it would be an A+. I do not often come across a business that provides such excellent customer service with a smile as well. They were at our property a full day to remove a large tree and a small tree, trim trees and shrubs and grind stumps. It was almost as if they were not even here. Not a leaf left on the ground. They were exceedingly clean and I do not think I have ever met a more polite young man. This is a family run business and I met both the father and the son and I will never use another tree trimming company than West Tree Service. Every employee was so polite and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. We did have to wait about a month after the quote but it was well worth the wait. If you need work done on trees do not hesitate to use West Tree Service. So happy with the work they did.

Had a big tree removed. I was very concerned because it couldve damaged a lot of things beneath it but they did a great job piecing it down. They were here and gone with everything cleaned up pretty quick and didnt damage a thing. Highly recommended.

I have used this company many times. They are always professional, have the right gear for anything they bid on. They show up when promised and left my place only after cleaning up completely for everything on the job. Last year they took out a tree in 60-70 foot range that had fallen into nearby trees. This year took our several very large trees and ground the stumps. One tree was close to my house. They used excellent care and never endangered themselves or my house or other property. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again. Cost of work done always seems appropriate for the job. Harrison West is in charge of the crew. I was amazed at the efficiency, safety, and skill of their team, very professional and courteous. They came highly recommended by two neighbors and we were not disappointed. AMAZING..... The experience that I had was excellent. I couldn’t believe how good of a job the guys did without leaving massive ruts in the yard. With it being muddy outside, my biggest concern was my yard. They used mats to protect my grass and left without any evidence that work had been done. Very professional appearance and communication. Wouldn’t recommend any other company. Being local and family owned was also a huge plus!

These guys are professionals! I was shocked at how fast they took out four large cottonwoods. I thought it would take all day but they were in and out of here in two hours. They were very courteous and explained what was going to happen exactly. Then they executed. I even had a couple of special requests and they said no problem! I cant tell you how impressed I was with them. First rate operation!

By far the best tree service company we have used since we moved to Lebanon in 1982. Service well beyond expectation. Huge dead tree near house carefully taken down at a fair price. Yard clean up excellent. Next tree issue will be handled by West.

This is a great company! The team arrived at 8:30 in the morning and I had four massive trees with stump removal that needed to be done. They were organized while still being quick. They definitely were team working. When the gentleman in the bucket truck was cutting down limbs from the top of the tree, the other team workers would cheer him on when it hit the ground and I can tell that they really enjoyed their job! When they got done, they made sure that they got any extra limbs picked up and used a leaf blower, to completely finish. They got done at 1:05 pm! They did it in a very timely manner and did a very good job. I would most definitely recommend this tree service and lawn care service, if you want the job to professionally be done!
