My car broke down last night and I needed it towed. Roberto was on time and had good communication. He got me off the road in a timely matter and even identified the problem with my vehicle (which he ended up being 100 percent right about) which was actually covered under warranty. So, he recommended I take it to the Hyundai dealership instead of my regular repair shop and I’m glad he did. Saved me a lot of time and money. Very friendly and helpful service. I appreciate it.

That’s right we all have a bad day ! Unfortunately for me I locked my keys in my trunk at a local grocery store with NO spare key, forced to call a locksmith. When asked to pay $100 and knew that I couldn’t afford it, Robertos Towing came through charging ONLY $40. VERY AFFORDABLE! Not to mention he unlocked my vehicle In under a minute ! Robert was a great guy a real peoples person I was having a bad morning my car was not turning on so I decide to start my wife’s car so that I can take her car to work and ended up locking the keys inside stupid me I know I called Robert as my second attempt to try and get somebody to come and open the door since the car was on and the keys were locked inside Robert made it here within 20 minutes and was super quick with the help I appreciate him coming out underneath all the snow definitely will be using again if I need to and would recommend to anyone who needs A towing company or a person to open their car sad that I got only give them five stars he deserves more

I won’t name any names butttt SOMEONE locked our only key in the car up at Swatara State Park :) Limited service, not much around, found a clothing hanger but was too flimsy blah blah blah..Called Roberto’s towing on a Saturday afternoon during the dark days of the Quarantine/Corona/Covid19 hysteria-Professional friendly guy answered and quoted 35-45mins.36mins later 2 fellas showed up and boom! Called to get tow from Harrisburg to Lebanon, not only did he give me good rate but gave suggestions to get car running before he comes to tow me and recommended shops. So two hours after they were to pick up my truck they call and say they are declining the service. And the owner tells me because the vehicle is unattended for pick up it doesnt matter when they get there. This is all after they say they were not given the full information from the company that was provided by Nationwide for getting the information to them. So the information was updated to Robertos and 1 1/2 hours later he tells me were not coming. What good ethical business does that. This one obviously does since he said I run a respectable business. So my advice is stay away. I never used this company before but went off my gut feeling to be there when they showed up but wait that never happened. By the way yes the time line on this all occurring was close to 4 hours.

Robertos towing really worked hard to try and fix my jeep. I had a flat on my Wrangler- the dealership had performed work and overtightened and stripped the lugnuts. They broke tools trying to get me going- although not their fault- they were unable to change the tire- but went that extra step by taking me to the nearest truck stop to get flat repair so that I could drive it to the nearest shop for repair and even convoyed with me to make sure I found the shop and got there safe. Great job guys- I would recommend Robertos any time- very courteous and professional.

Opossum 1 vs Mini Cooper 0. ( Dont laugh!)I have to be truly honest, when I called Roberto he gave me a time when he could arrive, but I wanted it to be earlier. (It really wasnt that bad, but I was frustrated with what was going on myself, it wasnt him.) But he was honest!!!! He genuinely was concerned that I was ok and safe. I got his number from my insurance company along with another few. So seeing if I could get a quicker one, I called another place. The kid, literally, sounded like I was bothering him. So I hung up the phone and called Roberto RIGHT back. Not any of the other numbers my insurance gave me. Roberto got me on his to do list for just a couple of hours later. He gave me a time and he was early!!! He kept me informed at all times what he was doing by text since I got a ride home earlier.Roberto was honest, professional, kind, fair with price, humorous when I really needed it and timely!!!!In this day of age, the service Roberto did today was almost unheard of!!!! Our truck broke down overnight. We searched for towing companies around the area and all were charging ridiculous amounts to tow our truck home less than a mile.
