This office has taken the patience with me while I decided on rather I wanted dentures or partial perm plates. Tim was very knowledgeable and gave me his best advice and what would be beneficial for me in the long term. The nurses was very patient with me calling them numerous of times asking questions about each of the different services. I went 3/2/21 for my first of 3 visits and they were very sweet to me and made me feel very comfortable. Ended up having a tooth pulled unexpectedly and I am GRATEFUL that they ensured I was numb before pulling it out!!!Visited again on 3/16/21 to begin the process of getting my perm dentures and had 15 teeth pulled and I felt absolutely nothing during the process and being a week into it the pain has not been as bad as I was told it would be or expected it to be! I was not bruised and that is because of Dr. Tim being so gentle pulling the teeth out!I highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing care and definitely will be my long term dentist for me and my family!!!Cant wait to see my final teeth

Best in town! I had an emergency appointment they got me in 10mins after I called! The appointment only took 1 hr. I have recommended them to friends and family! I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable from the time you come until the time you leave. They definitely show compassion for everyone no matter the situation. Everyone is welcoming and I’ll continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

Staff was nice & welcoming. My hygienist was knowledgeable and thorugh, and listened to my concerns. The dentist was very nice. He was straight forward and honest about my dental issues. He recommended a plan of care that made sense. Office also offers a number of financial options.

First visit was just a consultation about dentures and implants, and I walked away with options I wasn’t even aware of. Dr. Pfountz and the Smile Solutions team really know there stuff. Great visit.

My dentist was not opened Friday. I had a tooth throbbing so bad that I was not going to be able to hold out until my office opened on Tuesday (due to a holiday weekend). This office was amazing from the First Lady I spoke with on the phone to get an emergency appt all the way to the Dr calling to check in on me hours later at home. They were quick to help, kind & just awesome!! I am so very thankful for them!

Normally I don’t post reviews on places I have been but I have to on this.. I accidentally discovered this place because I had a toothache so I went and let me tell you it was amazing experience.. the dentist and staff were very caring and they actually make you feel comfortable while your in the chair getting the work done..Dr. Tim explains what he’s doing step by step and asks if your ok... On my second visit he did the same thing and also asked if I needed a break ( I had a bunch of teeth pulled) I have had bad experiences at dentists offices and there’s nothing bad about this one.. I would recommend this one to anyone who asks especially to the ones who have anxiety going to the dentist..

Wonderful staff. Extremely friendly and professional. This is the first dentist my children enjoy going to. Since we switched my children no longer fight me about going, in fact they ask when its time to go. I have 3 children. Two who have great teeth and never need more than a cleaning. My middle child however has more dental issues than everyone else combined. She has always hated and fought me when it cam time to go to the dentist. She would beg me not to take her. Dr. Pfountz is patient and reassuring with her, while still getting the work done. She just went a few weeks ago for some work on one side and is going back next week for some more. Yesterday she asked me when her next appointment was, and she didnt argue with me one bit about going. It is such a relief to know that she isnt scared to go anymore. She is treated like a person, not just a patient.

Everyone was so sweet. It was my first time at a dentist and they cleaned, filled, and did extractions all in the same day! I was instantly relaxed.

My son had a toothache, and we called Smile Solutions. Nicole and Caroline were fantastic and got him an appointment the next day. We were in and out of the office the next day in an hour, and they were all fantastic with him. Caroline made sure to check on him later in the day. The waiting room is very nice and calming, with coffee and water for guests. Great experience!

For someone who has seen a fair share of dentists over the years, I can honestly say Dr. Pfountz and his team operate at another level of professionalism and helpfulness. They have been instrumental in charting a personalized path to correct some dental health issues, and they have been both encouraging and compassionate as I have pursued that path. Even having moved 45 minutes away from their office, I still happily make the journey knowing this dentistry is the best fit for me.

This is a five star dentistry. I was in a desperate need of a good dentist, to fix a problem with a partial. Dr. Tim worked me in that day and fix the problem. He had never met me but he took the time to help me that day. Very friendly staff.

I have been going there since they opened. I drive 45 minutes to get there and love everyone there. From the second that you walk in the door you feel welcome. I like that they get to know what you like outside of the heath of your mouth. Amway a great experience and would advise everyone to give them a try!!!

Moved here from California I’m going to be honest I needed some dental work but struggled hard to find a dentist because of not so pleasant visits. Asked my daughter in law where she went and she told me so I made an appointment was very nervous the day of my appointment well Let me tell y’all my first visit was great the staff is wonderful and like family even the dentist Timothy A. Pfountz is great he has made my visits very pleasant I loved that he took his time and wanted to know how I felt before making any decisions about my teeth so went today 1/30/2020 to get my front teeth crowned and OMG all I can say is they look like my real teeth I can’t believe how great they look. I want to say thank you Timothy A. Pfountz and staff for making me smile again I now look forward to my dental visits. 😁

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. They talked me into a bridge when I wanted to do implants. I had problems with it right away. I kept telling them I had pain and they told me there was no problems. I finally stopped going to them and went to two other dentists for second opinions and was told the bridge was done very poorly. This guy is just after money. He tries to put you on a program that will keep you coming back month after month for treatments not needed so he can keep a steady influx of income. This place has cost me tons of money to have their mistakes fixed.

I saw doctor Phontz a few years ago. He did my complete treatment for dentures. Ive had many experiences over the years with different dentist and Ive always dreaded getting in a dental chair. Dr. Phontz, Mandy, and the entire office staff are the best. I live in East Tennessee and drove three and a half hours to be Dr. Phontzs patient on a referral from a couple people I know in Lebanon Tennessee. I would never go anywhere else it

We took our 4 year old here, and she is deathly afraid of dentists. All through the wailing and tantrums that she was throwing, the staff was always very patient and kind. They didnt force any procedure on her in an effort to get her more and more comfortable as time goes on. Also the TVs on the walls/ceilings (complete with headphones so as to not hear the drill) are awesome!

Smile Solutions in Lebanon is AMAZING! I have been going to them for about 4 years now & they always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Pfountz is a perfectionist (like the way that you want your dentist to be) and has great bed side manner along with making sure my pearly whites stay in tact. I have already recommend about 5 people to that office. I strongly encourage if you are hesitating going to the dentist this should be your guy.

I have had the pleasure of working with at least 3 other employees other than Dr. Pfountz, and they have all been amazing. I was terrified of going to the dentist and hadnt been in years. Im so glad I chose smile solutions! The dentist and hygienist were both SO kind. They made me feel comfortable and Im just so grateful that I found them. They listened to what I wanted and helped me make a care plan for my teeth, both medically and cosmetically. Not a fan of dentists in general and have had a fear of them for a long time but that all changed with smile solutions. Timothy was great and it has actually been a pleasure going to see them. He always remembers me and who I am and the activities I do (running, working out etc..) and he always remembers my kids and wifes name. Asks how everyone is and has always been very upfront with me about everything. Honestly the first dentist I dont hate going to and actually recomend them to all my friends if they ask. On top of all that he does great work and doesnt tell me to have anything done I dont need.The rest of the staff are super friendly and very courteous and overall I couldnt be more pleased.

They absolutely took care of all my dental needs to get me prepared to wear braces, at a much older age than most people with braces, so I was very uptight and apprehensive about all of it. And I was very honest with them that I was scared of going to the dentist, but after all the treatments at their office much of my fear has been alleviated or just outright disappeared, something I thought would never happen. I receive the BEST care there and Im grateful to have their whole staff in my town and as my dentist. Thanks to all of them. :)

I did not like the vibe there. The secretary was a big fat ugly chick with a loud mouth who talked so loud about something personal that everyone could know your business. I will say the Dentist was nice. Everyone else just seemed money hungry and short. If youre going to charge so much at least give good customer service. I am cancelling with them and going to drive almost an hour to my regular dentist where they are professional.

I recently had a very bad experience at a competitor (a certain large dentistry chain) that left me with very faulty and painful fillings. Dr Pfountz and his team took care of me in no time and with great efficiency. I have moved my patronage to this location seeing as is it nicely decorated, the tools are state of the art and the staff explains what the problems are to you in real time. To add, I didnt get the salesman approach. Thanks to Smile Solutions, I can eat on both sides of my mouth without pain shooting through my molars. Ive set up my next appointment already!

Recently I had grown tired of the Corporate dentist practice that I was going to due to the constant change in dentists and the lack in continuity of care that I was receiving. I researched the dentists in my area and came across Smile Solutions of Lebanon which had very positive reviews, conveniently located to my home and work, and took my insurance so I decided to give them a try. Im so glad that I did because this was one of the most pleasant dentist office experiences that I have had and I have gone to a dentist regularly since I was about 8 years old. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable, the office is modern and very clean, and the technology they use is an improvement from my most recent dentist. I feel like Dr. Pfountz and his staff truly care about the patients and will only recommend what they really believe is necessary for your dental care and not try to use your presence in their office to make as much money as possible (like the corporate dentist practice I was going to previously). For the work I need to have done Dr. Pfountz took the time not only to explain his recommendations to me but also used a small camera to take pictures inside my mouth and literally show me why I needed the work he was recommending. The scheduling process was also very easy, including sending me electronic documentation via an email link ahead of my visit so that I didnt have to sit in the waiting room and fill out stacks of paper right before my appointment. I would recommend this practice to anyone and my wife and I will be using Smile Solutions of Lebanon for the foreseeable future.

I had pain on lower front tooth.... They got me in the next day to correct the issue. The dentist adjusted my old retainer (that was made by another dentist) so it fit properly on the bite down and cured the issue.... MUCH THANKS.

I had an amazing experience. I felt so spoiled from the kierige in the waiting room, to all the flat screens, to the giant windows showing the beautiful clouds outside. The staff was extremely friendly. I am soo terrible with names(Im sorry!!!), but the lady who cleaned my teeth was the sweetest!! Even though it had been years since I had seen a dentist, and was embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, she made me feel so comfortable and kept telling me what a good job I was doing( even though SHE was the one doing the good job!
