Great service and great people. I had my Ford Bronco media blasted and it came out great. Would recommend!

Dropped some small stuff off back in Feb, they had it for 7 weeks and barely touched it and then I picked it up. Called several times after a month to get updates. Told they would work on it soon. The Owner Vance was nice, nothing missing or damaged so I had no issues on that but if you dont have a large expensive order then your gonna be waiting a long time. I found and took it to a shop in Murfreesboro that had it done in 3 days.

DO NOT EVER call this place. When I stopped in to check the status of a job I was told would take a week after 6 weeks of unreturned calls & messages, the owner (Vance) immediately jumped up, got 6 inches from my face & spewed profanity, telling me where to go & what to do with my order. He repeatedly shouted that he didnt care what he told me or why...obviously. Unreal. I am not a review-poster, but in this case I have to. AVOID THIS CLOWN LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I dropped it off on a Monday, owner says he can have it done by Tuesday or Wednesday that same week. I thought great this is exactly who I needed to go to, wrong. Today marks two weeks, I walked in and the pieces were still in the same spot as I left them in. During the period of the two weeks I left two voicemails and called multiple times. Many of the calls were sent straight to voicemail after a ring or two like someone was sitting there denying the calls. I took them home today exactly two weeks from when I dropped them off and nothing was done, nor did anyone come up to me and talk to me. I wouldnt even recommend this place even to the people I dislike.

We use Blast from the Past to powder coat our business awning frames. Every job has turned out perfectly. Thank you!

Dropped off parts to be blasted. They said they would be ready the following Tuesday. Called Tuesday and no answer so I go by and they say it will be noon the next day. So the next day I call and no answer so I go by and my pieces are still out front untouched so I loaded them up and will take them elsewhere.

Very disappointing, I had my truck blasted here. I was called and told it was ready and made the hour drive to pick it up to find it sitting outside with buckets, and I mean buckets worth of sand just sitting in the floorpans. I didnt expect all the nooks and crannies to be cleaned but there was not even the smallest effort given to making it presentable.There is still patches of paint and rust all over, little to no effort was given to the blasting, just terrible job. I had to return the next day because not all my parts made it back to me, I talked with the shop manager who didnt seem to care at all at my disappointment but told me he would call me back to discuss the future jobs I had planning on bringing them (powder coating frame and several other blasting jobs). I never got a call.Use someone else, deplorable service and deplorable work.I never write these reviews but would hate for anyone else to have their project treated like mine.
