Our home buying experience with Elizabeth Montoya-Compton as our realtor was extremely positive. She made every moment of this process very easy for my husband and I, and we always felt that she had our best interests in mind. Elizabeth is consistently prompt in communicating any changes, and we felt like she genuinely cared about our wishes during the buying process. She was even kind enough to message me to check on my husband as he was traveling to Florida around the time that Hurricane Michael was making landfall, which I felt was very thoughtful. I would 100% recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I do not think you could find a more professional, caring, and passionate individual looking to guide you through the experience.

After the storm they didn’t fix the roof right. And when a tree landed on our trailer and they brought it down it pushed in the windows and there was mold all through the trailer. It shifted a main beam and still nothing was done. Under all the windows it would get wet where the wall was when it would rain. Mold was all in the walls. We then moved out and made sure everything was cleaned. We even repainted the bathrooms,vacuumed,mopped, and wiped everything down. And about a few weeks later my mom got called into her probation officers and Bruce told my moms probation officer that the entire place was trashed. My mother will never rent from them again!
