I cannot say how awesome the pool looks. Everyone loves what the did to/for pool. Each person was wonderful to work from start to finish. They have pool stuff, but on the other hand everyone who works there is 12. So while there are deals, I felt like I needed to ask where their parents were.Update! Yes - I completely agree the staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. We test our water here weekly and the staff is great.

Sahara has been extremely helpful this season. With everyone being so busy I was surprised that they came to open my pool and do repairs within 2 weeks of requesting service. As a new customer this was much appreciated!Very competitive pricing for service and products. I just ordered a pool heater and other services from them because of how fair they are. Sahara did an terrific job. Came when they said they would, explained everything thoroughly, and left the site better than they found it. We had a salt chlorine generator installed as well as a new filter. When I mentioned that one of the valves was leaking, they simplified the whole system by putting in a double valve which will make closing a snap this fall. The guys were friendly and really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sahara—I’ve used a few different services in the area and they have been the best hands down.

Sahara’s Platinum Pool Opening Service makes maintaining our pool effortless. Our pool was free of all debris and clear before they left. Chemical levels were optimum within 1 day and a Sahara technician came back 2 days later to ensure chemical levels were maintained. Our filter and heater were inspected, so we can use the pool sooner, increasing our pool season. Patio was clean and all winterizing equipment neatly stacked. We would highly recommend Sahara’s Platinum Pool Opening, a true value for all that is included. Sahara’s support and responsiveness has always been OUTSTANDING!

I really can’t say enough about the folks at Sahara pools. Our pool has been a challenge since we had it built six years ago. When I found the Sahara guys in 2018, they treated my pool like their own. Their commitment to investigate the various issues and find a solution(s) was on a completely different level than the 4 prior companies I had attempted to work with. They helped me find the appropriate party to replaster the pool and I can happily report that all of the systems are working perfectly today. The staff is pleasant, accessible and reasonably priced. Sahara has been very helpful with service, advice and recommendations for a pool we inherited when we purchased a home. They have closed and opened the pool, as well as installing s salt cell conversion. Their recommendation for a contractor to install new plaster, tile and coping was excellent. Their professionalism and service make it easy to recommend them to others.

We were driving by and saw that Sahara was having a sales event. They had food, and even had an ice truck for the kids. While there we made an impulse buy and bought a new patio set. We purchased a beautiful outdoor set from Sahara. It was just what we were looking for. Had our eye on it the week before their sale and we were lucky enough to get it. Staff is very kind and helpful.

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank Sahara pools for the great job they did in determining where a leak was in our pool. James did a super and professional job finding the the two leaks and explaining to me what had to be done to fix them. Sahara then called me up and talk to me about the leak leaks and actually recommended that we not fix them until the leaks got worse. Thus saving us a big cost this year. Sahara has been great for several big jobs we’ve had to do on our pool and they’re also good for the smaller things like buying chemicals and getting advice on making sure the water is good to use for the whole summer. We are planning to use Sahara when we have to replace replace our safety cover, which Sahara expertly installed 15 years ago. We will buy the Coverlon safety cover from Sahara early in the fall The other job we plan on completing with Sahara is conversion of our pool to a saltwater pool. We plan on doing that the early in the pool season. Thanks again to Sahara for doing such a great job in early April to find the leaks and for all the great work they’ve done for us in the past and will do for us in the future.

Sahara was able to meet my request to open pool before Mother’s Day despite having a leak in pipe when they initially came to open pool. They had plumber here the next day to fix the leak and proceeded to open pool in time for holiday. Very happy with their service.

Terrible customer service. The ad is all wrong. Messed up with customers accounts and names, service is never taking place after 2 weeks of corresponding and arrangement. We shocked the pool and back washed the pool, then they messed up with other families and never apologizes for the mistakes, now refuse to offer service. Very rude and dishonest business.

I actually started going to them when I was doing my own pool work. But now I basically leave it to them to do a lump sum turkey- platinum opening and closing. OMG!!!Meaning they take care of everything related to the pool they open it very professional 24 to 48 hrs. later they come back to clean and it’s ready for swimming any problems associated with the winterization are usually fixed by them within 24 hours of pool opening.They are very responsive and very professional. Went on website and since we opened our own pool this year, they will no longer service us. After a decade and thousands and thousands of $s later (2heaters, pool lining, pumps, openings and closings and dozens of service calls) we dont even rate a return phone call. Despicable

First off, don’t do many reviews. I am not coaxed or told to do this. I bought a new Dolphin pool bot from them today. Megan was very helpful an beyond friendly. Why buy online when you can pick it up now! Working during this Covid19 paindemec, I was able to pay on my phone. It was ready when one of my workers picked it up for me.Got it home and it took maybe 3 minutes to get in pool and get going.Works amazing! Love it! If this thing lasts, I’m stoked! Thank you Megan and Sahara. I’m sure we will do business again.

I have had Sahara Pools opening my pool for 3 years now and the past two years I have received terrible service. The first year I had terrible service I was told that the pool workers would be coming in the evening due to my home was close to the office and they would end the day with me. The workers rushed through opening my pool and I had too spend almost $500 more to maintain the pool from the algae that kept coming back every week after the put the chemicals in to get rid of the algae. This year when I made the appointment they called and stated that they would be out on a Wednesday evening and I told them do not come at that time. The first two times the set of workers came to my home they did a great job. I then received a text stating that they would return in 1-2 days to finish my pool opening. Then they texted and said if the pool is clear we will come out and finish so my husband texted back and said pool is clear come anytime. The sent someone back on Monday. I wrote in my paperwork please backwash the water down the driveway and the man began sending towards my neighbors home. Then I left when I returned my pool was no longer crystal clear and they didn’t put my ladder in or bring the step that I requested to buy and have installed for me. I called and complained and was told we will call u back. That was at 11:30 in the morning. Then at 5:30 the gentleman came back with an attitude. He then looked at me and was like I will be back in the next two days to put the step on and ladder in. I called and said that is unacceptable and it needed to be done today. He then returned with the proper tools and put the ladder. When my daughter got out of the pool using the ladder he didn’t even connect it right. Also when I asked the man what chemicals he added to my pool yesterday and his response was I don’t remember. Then I asked them to give me 24 hour notice before charging my card and they didn’t even do that. My bill was Almost a $1000. When I looked at the invoice I wondering how can charge me for chemicals added to my pool and never it tested it to see what I needed. This is the worst company to open my pool ever. I will never utilize them again.

Sahara has been servicing my pool for 3 years. My pool is complex with hot tub and multiple water falls and pumps. They corrected many issues left by the pool builder and have provided excellent service, responsive, informative and reasonably priced. Ryan and his technicians are excellent!

This has created challenges for the Sahara team to keep the pool up and running after long tough winters. The teams on the trucks are masters at pool repair and maintenance. The positive and friendly attitude pervades the entire company and starts with the husband and wife team at the top. Without Sahara we wouldnt be able to have a pool at all.

I have been using Sahara Pools to maintain my pool on a weekly basis since we moved into the house 7 years ago. I could not be happier with the service. Generally the same crew, Austin and a helper, comes week after week. Every time I’m home he always makes it a point to say hello was and everyone from their staff is so friendly. It is great to know that there is someone at your property who you can trust. I can always tell that Sahara has been here because the pool always looks brand new after they leave. When my equipment runs into issues, a member of their staff will call me immediately and give me options (if possible) on how to address it. I trust them entirely with my pool and will continue to do so!

Well I was surprised when I went to Sahara Pools and none of that happened.
