Seasonal 1-1 1/2 month store that finds open store fronts and then they move on. No longer here

Go here last! Prices too high for quality. Would have purchased though, if there was any type of Customer service. Employees were too busy socializing with each other and talking about what tattoos they were getting ready to Get! Would love to speak to a manager real soon.

VERY expensive for the same quality stuff at Walmart. Buy your costume sooner at the store to avoid this place

Rude employees! Made my child and I wait in line as he did photo ops with friends. Hard to recognize who was employees. No name tags, no uniform. Good selection of costumes..if you dont plan on trying any on! Disappointed.

So I found out after I bought my costume, tried it on at home, and decided I needed to return it because it didnt fit that the receipt says no returns. While buying this item I saw no signs and was told nothing about the sale being final. I called to ask why they wouldnt have even let me know that my purchase was about to be final and was told that its my fault that I didnt see their one sign and that cashiers are too busy to let every single person know (even though I was the only one in line)(even though at stores such as forever 21, whom are even busier, they let you know every time I mean come on is it so hard to let a customer know that you cant return items) but then when talking to a manager named Rachel and asked to speak to corporate or anyone above her she told me that she was the only person I would be able to talk to and that no one was above her and ended up hanging up on me. After calling back and having my calls literally ignored back to back until I finally get a call from rachel giving me a number for someone I could reach above her that she had claimed didnt even exist. I am very disappointed in this store, this manager, and the lack of communication. This is not professional.

So I don’t know what is going on in this place but my husband and I drove 45 minutes here from Lafollette TN to get my son a costume because we were here on Monday and we got there at like 5:50 and they were closing so we decided to come today and long and behold we get here at 6:25 and they are closed and now they have taken the hours off the window. I’ll never be back to this wreck of a place. There was a employee (a young girl) outside and we asked her what was going on and she said we close at 7 normally except for today.. umm ok?

Over priced and over rated. Not much to choose from and the store was a total mess. They dont even carry extended sizes. (Plus sizes)

Kinda terrible selection in a haphazard setup. Not bad if youre looking for costumes, terrible for decorations.

I’m a worker there it’s not dirty we have a good selection of stuff now we are not rude to customers at all and we help you find what you need my name is Chris Thurman and I’m normally on the floor but the point is we do not tolerate rude comments

Drove out here to find an empty building, total waste of time....

Never look forward to the overpriced imported junk, but I go every year.

I got there at 10pm and they had a paper up on the window saying Closed at 9pm on Saturday last weekend when the closing time online is 12am??

Everything was broken the employees were rude and it was dirty
