Absolutely amazing shipping company! They call to schedule delivery which I was not expecting and being on vacation at the time, was able to schedule for the day I was back. Justin delivered and was very personable, polite and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Staff that answers the phones was also very helpful, kind, polite, etc. Thank you, thank you for a great experience! Keep up the great work!

I would definitely not recommend using R&L. I currently have a $5000 item en route (at least it’s supposed to be). I’ve been getting a daily phone call from R&L for about a week and a half telling me that it will be delivered tomorrow. They tell me it hasn’t arrived yet at their terminal. Or they tell me it’s there but just didn’t get on the delivery truck. Is it there or isn’t it? Where is it? When I use R&L tracking online it shows the item arrived at the terminal July 2. It’s now July 22. ????????? Will I ever get it? I hope so because I don’t make a habit of spending $5000 for items I don’t receive. Not to mention it’s coming from a factory that is way behind schedule and I’ve waited for this item since placing the order in early January.

I was to receive 2 pallets that were shipped at the exact same time, one of which has over $1,000 worth of materials in it. Only one pallet was delivered and when I called they said the other was left on the dock. They informed me they wouldn’t deliver that pallet until 2 days even and never even offered to expedite it, knowing it was their fault for not shipping it with the other pallet.

I ordered an engine. I ordered it from NJ and Im in PA and they had it here in 16 hours from ordering. Great company

I am a commercial business. They delivered my product damaged a month ago. They did not want to pay for the damage. When I recieved my next delivery I wanted to inspect it before the driver left. They refused to allow inspection. I called the manager. He was rude and mean.

By far the worst freight company Ive ever felt with. The misrouted my shipment resulting in a production delay that cost me thousands of dollars.They were unprofessional and unwilling to help or apologize. They went so far as to tell me I was lucky they found it at all and that it wasnt lost just delayed.They then proceeded to blame the company that contracted them for the delivery insunuating it was their fault because they trusted R&L to do the job for which they were hired.I will never use R&L again, I would rather pay twice as much for freight if it means not dealing with such an unprofessional company!
