I can’t say enough great things about this company. We’ve used them on 3 separate occasions from building a patio to planting two trees. The professionalism from the sales team to the crews is top notch. They’ve always treated our property as if it was their own. I highly recommend and we plan to continue using them for our outdoor needs.

Such a great business! We have been there several times over the last few weeks as new customers and they have met all our expectations and more! Every one we have worked with has been so kind, and willing to help us with all our questions. The owner himself has spent time talking with us and helping us pick things out. Scheduled a delivery at 11:30 this morning for gravel and it was in my driveway by 1 pm SAME DAY! Highly recommend and will definitely be a continuing customer!

I called to see if they could off load some dirt from a project. They were very nice but were unable to use it. They did give me information about company that could help. They took the time to listen, did not rush me off the phone and helped with a solution. That to me was very professional. Other local companies hurried me off the phone and offered no other solutions.

Creechs replaced my driveway, two patios and a transition section with pavers we selected from their new location/store. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship, the ease of working with them in getting the job done, and their willingness to work long hours to get to an incredible end result. I will be adding some pictures to this post on the completed project.I cant say enough about the paver crew and their attention to detail, politeness, attentiveness to customer questions and in particular, their work ethic. We were very lucky in getting our project started two weeks earlier than scheduled--now it is a ready sanctuary while we are waiting to be released from COVID restrictions, and for entertainment after that.

They just finished a stone retaining wall for aflower bed. I am beyond happy with the results! Would recommend to family and friends.

Great inventory but even better are the ladies that greet you and work at the front counter of the Garden Center.

We had a number of overgrown mulch beds and dead plants. Creechs cleaned up everything, set us up with new landscaping, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

This Spring we had a water issue in backyard. Contacted Creechs Garden Center & Landscaping - Jake came out and made a recommendation .. We took his recommendation to complete the project closest to the back patio first, then after they had completed that and we were so pleased with the results, we had Creech;s back again to finish the complete backyard area. Both projects were a completed on time, and we were completely satisfied with the work performed - the crew works very hard to make sure customer is satisfied. We will continue to use Creechs on future projects and our yearly landscaping projects.

Had my yard pretty much gutted, including a large retaining wall and replanted (new trees, shrubs, everything). Crews did a fabulous job and it was done in 3 days! Everyone was very polite and hard working! Thomas was my Creechs contact, he kept me informed with texts as to when things were taking place. He also sent out an electrician to fix my outside lamp post and it has never worked or looked better! Price was also reasonable for the amount of work done. 10 stars out of 5...

Great team to work with. They are very responsive, pleasant and understanding. There prices are very reasonable as well and they do a great job of cleaning up after the job.Had them deliver 6 cubic yards of dirt and the quality of the dirt was great. It wasn’t garbage fill type, but good top soil. Also asked for a quote to lay down river rock around our stamped concrete patio. Pricing was very reasonable, extremely quick turnaround on the quote and job. All around very nice job! Highly recommend.

I do not recommend Creechs to landscape your house. They landscaped ours and it was new construction. They started with a clean slate. Quality of items installed and placement turned out to not look great. Not enough good soil installed in beds. Wish I could start over. However, Creechs is one of the best for having mulch, rocks, etc. delivered to your home.

I contacted this company for an estimate regarding a yard drainage issue. Thomas was sent to evaluate my issue and create an estimate. Upon ringing my doorbell, he did not introduce himself and stood blankly until I asked who he was and if he was with Creechs. He said yes and I took him to the yard. He took no measurements and did not discuss options. He merely looked at the space and said hed get back with the estimate. I asked his name then he left.I received the approximate $8000 estimate with no explanation of an intended plan. I called and left a message requesting to know what the plan would entail, what would my yard look like, how was the estimate created without measurements, etc. Nobody called me back. A complete waste of my time.

Crew worked hard but poor attention to detail in weeding beds. Had to come back an re-do some areas. I wouldnt want to work with their sales rep/project manager again. Made excuses and unprofessional when I suggested his crew did need to pay better attention to detail. No follow-up to check if I was finally satisfied. Will look for different company for my next projects and will not recommend to neighbors.

Not interested in making a sale. The lady answering the phone was unable to answer basic questions about stone pricing and was rude to my wife. We have used them in the past before and their work was marginal at best. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Larger varieties and cheaper prices.

The hardscaping looks fantastic. They did a great job and were professional, thorough, and careful not just with the project they were doing, but also with our surrounding plants, shrubs, and garden decorations. We interacted with the office staff and those performing the work and all were courteous and respectful. We will definitely be using their services again for our other land- and hardscaping wish list items! Thanks!

I have used Creechs for 9 years. They installed multiple rock patios, sitting walls, and a beautiful stone and beam gazebo with fan, lighting and stereo. They have done all of my landscaping in both Centerville and Kettering.Thomas Hughes is the very knowledgeable and professional customer consultant. He keeps commitments and is a great communicator. Edwin and the crew are happy and very hard working. This is a business that I trust. They bend over backwards to make their customers happy!

Inferior craftsmanship - all show. Work does not stand the test of time. They consider caulk to be a structural building material. My outdoor project was painted with interior primer and was stained with mildew during first season. Couldnt tell if they were incompetent or just plain shady. You can easily do better!!!

Tried getting estimate for tree trimming that we needed done quickly. Got estimate for tree removal even after talking to them at length about trimming them. Called several times to ask for a trim estimate we discussed, not the 2K for removal of 3 trees. They would not respond. If they didn’t want to do the work they could have just said, no need to be unprofessional about it. Update, hadn’t read my email before writing this. Got new estimate. Changed the word removal to prune and kept the same price. 2K to trim 2 trees. We had them do these same trees a couple of years ago for $150.

Creechs did an amazing job designing and installing a multi-tier stone retaining wall and patio in the rear of our home. We had a totally useless space that was impossible to maintain because it was so steep. Steve Creech came out and listened carefully to my husband and I to come up with a perfect design, and then helped us select the best stone from their extensive selection. Their team came out daily over several weeks to install the challenging design. Every single day they were professional, courteous, efficient, and conscientious of us and our neighbors. They cleaned up everyday and left the work spaces clean and organized. Several neighbors came up to us during the weeks they were on site and complimented the team. The project came out great and I cant wait until spring when all the plants green up and the lawn comes back. Steve Creech and his team are the best!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Creechs Landscape who came to our aid in finishing up our outdoor fireplace. Jake was easy to work with and the hardscape crew who did the stonework on the outside of the fireplace were truly craftsmen. They do amazing work! Somehow they took the image in my head & made it a reality. We cant wait for cooler evenings to light the fire and enjoy some fall evenings by the new fireplace. I highly recommend Creechs.

Recently had a paver patio with a firepit, sitting wall, and pergola swing installed and are very happy with the quality. This is the first time Creechs installed a 2 column pergola for a swing. My wife and are are very happy with the finished product. The lead forman Manny was very polite, proactively asked how we wanted the height of the rock wall, location of the firepit, and remedied a few minor issues with chipped pavers/block. He was very meticulous with the quality of the install. There was an older gentleman that worked a lot with Manny he did a great job too. Tommy and his coworker that built the pergola swing were very nice too. Unfortunately when the set the posts originally they didnt get the message about the block wrap around the posts and set them too close, but they came back out and fixed the issue. The other guys that cut the hardscape and set the wall and the steps were very nice and did a good job too. I would have given them a 5 star if the communication was a little better between the workers and with us. I definitely recommend this company.

I have used Creech Landscaping for several years. Jake is great at listening to exactly what I am after in a look/design I am trying to achieve. His ideas to enhance my ideas are spot on. Once scheduled, Jake arrives with the team on time. They walk through the job with me and they get to work. The team is very polite and checks with me to see if I am happy with how things are looking. If not they fix it with a smile. That is very important to me. I plan on having more work completed in the future and I will be talking to Jake first.

Creech’s did some landscaping for a house we have in Ohio, though we live in Colorado. Everything was done over the phone in an efficient, professional and thorough manner. One of the trees they planted didn’t do well and Creech’s checked on it several times and then replaced it when they determined it wasn’t going to make it. This rates as one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We will definitely do more business with Creech’s in the future!

We had a paver patio put in almost 2 years ago, some of the pavers starting chipping, they came out and replaced them.the new pavers color did not match, they came out again this year and kept looking till they found pavers to match. The patio looks great! They really stand behind their work until your happy.

Our experience with Creechs was great. We had a challenging backyard hill and wanted to add a walkway, paver patio, steps and retaining wall as well as tree additions, side/front landscaping and lighting. We worked closely with Carl and he gave many suggestions and promptly provided photos of our house with proposed plans which helped visualize and fine tune the plans. He was respectful of our time, wishes, and money. The project was completed on time and the budget stuck to the very reasonable quote. We look forward to using Creechs in the future and would highly recommend them!

From the first moment we met Steve and his crew, the experience just kept getting better.We had a swimming pool installed and were first considerdering stamped concrete through another company. After looking at photos and seeing the finished product we decided to go with cement pavers instead. The company that offeres stamped concrete did not do pavers. In our search to find a place to do the work, Creechs name came up over and over. They were highly recommended from everyone we talked to. We called Steve and he was nice enough to meet us on a Sunday since we work a busy schedule and are limited on time. We were just thrilled when we pulled up and saw his outdoor showroom, it is absolutely amazing!We found the exact look we were wanting within 10 minutes of walking around. We contracted him that day because of his professionalism and knowledge. Not to mention, his finished product just blew us away! Once they started the project, his crew showed up on time everyday. We absolutely love our backyard! Best price in town and they finished our project on time for our graduation! Again-a great experience with Creechs!! Best price and best work ethic. For years I have called Creechs for big and small jobs. It doesnt matter who you work with, they are all GREAT at what they do! They laid pavers on my large patio, put a trench on the side of my house for drainage, trimmed and cut down a very large honeysuckle bush.Today they came out to grind a stump that another Tree Service LEFT for me.The stump was right up against my pavers and you can not tell that it was ever there and my pavers were not damaged.I am continually impressed in their work with such precision---they are the best. Great job today guys!!!I have many more jobs for them in the future.
