Ordered some engraved welding gloves as a gift. They gloves came damaged. Managed to contact someone on the third try and was told a new pair would be sent. After nearly two weeks no replacement had appeared. I contacted them about a refund and was told it would take a few business days to process. After almost a week there has been no refund. Maybe some people have had good experiences with this company but my experiences have been nothing but annoying.I will never buy from Engraved Effects again and I suggest you dont even risk it.
