First, let me say that I found Winfrey’s via a simple google search because I am not from middle Tennessee and know no one or nothing of the area. All of the other ratings that make this place a 5 star business are absolutely true. I needed my wedding ring fixed because I’d lost a stone from it and I needed the guard re-sized. I called first because of the pandemic and was unsure if they were accepting new work and they were. I requested their email to send photos to see if they could repair my ring and they kindly obliged while also being prompt to respond. I took my ring there around 11 am on a Thursday and I had it back before 2 pm the next day. I’m sure not all needs can be met as quickly as mine were, so please do not be hateful to them if your turn around time isn’t as fast as mine was but WOW. The jeweler did a fantastic job and had excellent business manners. He also gave me a very fair price. If you need new jewelry, they have cases full of unique and beautiful pieces or if you need repairs on your current pieces, this is where you need to go. Support local businesses because it is more important now than ever! I am about to be relocating to East Tennessee for a new job in a few weeks, but if I need anything else done or want anything new I’ll be holding my money until I make the trip back to Lebanon to see my husband’s family. That’s how excellent the service is at Winfrey’s.
