On Our initial clean the technicians didn’t even clean the shower, mop the bathroom floor and left hair in the bath tub same with kitchen. The sink was disgusting. Sheets were left out but no bed was changed! The most appalling thing is someone did call but it was a lady that couldn’t make any decisions. The lady that could make decisions insisted only on texting. She was too busy to pick up the phone and call me to see what we could work out. She thought we had it worked out via text. When I told her that text was not how to handle an upset customer she agreed we should part ways RATHER THAN PICK UP THE PHONE. BUYER BEWARE

I get my office cleaned once a month, and I have always been pleased with the work Whitneys staff does, they come on time, and I would almost not know they are there while they are cleaning. i would highly recommend this company!
