A year ago I was looking to take my riding to the next level; when I met Helen I knew she was going to help me get to where I wanted to go in riding. She is a wonderful instructor who always knew how to make lessons not only educational, but fun too. Helen is excellent at explaining key riding points to her students; if I didn’t understand a concept the first time she would very uniquely describe it in a way that made sense to me. She always made sure that I had the skills needed to move forward in riding and she was always very good at letting me know about upcoming events in the area. I think one of the reasons Helen was such an enjoyable instructor was because she was open to learning in her riding; she continued to ride and take lessons with other people, expanding her knowledge of riding techniques.Not only is Helen an amazing lesson instructor; she is also a great person. She always tried to work with me and my schedule to make sure we were able to ride. She always tried her best to help her clients when they needed any kind of help pertaining to horses and riding. When it came to finding a horse for a client Helen did a thorough job at finding the right fit. She takes good care of all of her students and makes sure they’re all excelling and having fun. Taking lessons with Helen you’ll never be bored; by the end of the lesson, you’ll already be looking forward to the next.Riding with Helen was very rewarding. I was able to see my riding progress and I learned so much about horsemanship in my time being her student. She is an all-around marvelous instructor who will always try her hardest to satisfy her clients. It was an awesome experience learning from Helen Brew. She will become your new favorite person.

There are so many wonderful things that I could say about Helen, that I don’t even know where to begin! From day one she was so genuine. Helen was very patient, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. My daughter was a first time rider, and I had little riding experience. She worked with us both several times a week, spending ample time each session. I never felt rushed, or as if we were just another client. It was amazing how quickly we caught on. Helen knew when we were ready to advance, even if we weren’t quite sure ourselves. Helen knows how to build confidence in the saddle. She made us do the work before and after, as well. I think that is crucial to horsemanship and care. It is more than riding. The horse has to be well cared for, as well. We felt so lucky to have found her, especially for our first trainer! She set the bar high for future instructors. I love that even with her many years of experience, she thrives on learning more herself. She taught us that you should always continue to train, as well as, learn. All in all, choosing Helen to assist with your equestrian endeavors would be a wise choice.
