They have locker/changing rooms, two bathrooms, and an amazing selection of equipment. I love the variety and the price is just as good too! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Its a great gym and I regularly recommend it to people I know. Definitely the best gym in Lebanon

Love this gym. It has a little bit of everything from crossfit to weights with trainers always available. Owner is a great dude that truely cares about peoples health. Highly recommend for anyone. With UNBEATABLE prices!

I come here every day and I always get a great workout! Its a clean facility and its users are courteous of others. Theres a wide range of equipment to use, plus a lot of extended options for classes, personal training, meal delivery, and more.

What can I say about this place? It is an amazing Gym and they also own The Field. They provide a huge variety of classes, youth cross-train and high school cross train/weight liftimg. The gym has Yoga classes and even private trainers. The Gym is very clean and welcoming. They also make the best protein shakes at a reasonable price.
