Good communication and the house looked great! After the job was done Nate called me. He thought he might’ve quoted me $10 lower than what the bill was and wanted to verify. Neither of us could remember so he gave me the lower price. He could have easily just billed me and hope I didn’t notice. In my opinion that was excellent customer service. Was totally unnecessary but he did it anyway to make sure I was happy with the service! I’ll use power play again and recommend them to anyone who asks!

We recently purchased our house and have been slowly working on getting things all cleaned up and looking nice. I bought some rooftop and siding cleaners to try and do the work myself, but they just couldn’t reach the high points like I needed and didn’t quite get the result I wanted. Nate and his crew came in and got this house looking new again! The work isn’t cheap, but if you want cheap, go get the cleaners at the big box store and do the job as cheap as you like. If you want professional results, Nate and his crew are how you get it!

Then they spent 6 hours working on the house, patio, brick wall, etc. I was also looking for a company that could help with moss on the roof without destroying the roof, and Power Play Pressure Washing recommended a topical spray to the roof, let it dry, then gently rinse off to stunt the moss growth. Definitely avoid companies that try to power wash your roof as it causes damage. Our house and patio look brand new. We are very pleased.

Power Play was great! Came out quickly when called (I think they had a cancellation because it was literally a couple of days later). They were super conscientious about doing a great job. Nate was even worried about the goldfish in our little pond next to our patio. They were fine!!! He walked me around afterward and pointed out things that he worked on that didn’t come as clean as he would have liked, but honestly, I couldn’t even see what he was talking about. I thought it looked spotless.

We had our house cleaned by Power Play Pressure Washing this past week. The results are incredible. We have never had the entire house professionally washed in the 12 years we’ve lived here. That’s a lot of built up, baked on, smelly grime to clean. I was hoping some of it could be removed and never expected all of it to be gone. Amazingly it is!I had forgotten how light the color of our siding really is. But the best part is not having to wash the window sills - it’s all gone!!It was such a pleasure dealing with Nate. Of course I contacted him last minute and thankfully he fit us in his booked schedule to accommodate our needs. He’s there to answer all questions and gets back to you extremely quick. We were notified by them that they were enroute to us the morning of our scheduled work to be done. Explained to us what was involved with power-washing our mobile home and what to expect and in return had asked us to inspect everything before leaving to make sure that we were satisfied. They even went the extra distance to wash off our fuel and propane tanks and also the underside of our awning. It removed all of our mold spores and any green algae that was on our trailer. Overall very pleased with the work and for the reasonable price for the job. Would definitely use them again if needed !!
