I am in Dallas TX, and purchased a large RC Model Airplane from a hobby shop in Smyrna TN, called Family Hobbies. I elected to have it crated and shipped vs. making the round trip drive. Time, Gas, Hotel, Meals, Mileage on the car.. Just ship it I decided. This particular item is a very rare, impossible to find plane originally made in Italy from the early to mid 80s. -No longer in production and I really needed to ensure it was handled with the utmost of care. I found Crate Pros after a a quick Google search in the Nashville area and spoke with Tim. I explained my need and within a couple days, they went to the hobby shop, picked it up and took it to their facility where they crated it up and sent it on its way to me. Happy to say that I received the plane without a scratch or smudge on it. When I opened the crate, it was immediately clear that they had taken the time and care to pack this thing impeccably well. Wow, wow, wow! I highly recommend Crate Pros in Lebanon, TN. I cant say enough about this incredible company. They recently shipped my items from Nashville to New Zealand. Everything arrived in perfect condition and arrived sooner than expected. First and foremost I’m amazed by how well they packed my belongings, but more on that later. I had to leave the country quickly and left all my belongings in a pile in my apartment. Crate Pros took care of everything from sourcing a key from my apartment manager to allow them to get in and remove my items through to packing and shipping and taking care of all the customs paperwork. From the very beginning they were friendly, efficient and precise. They were always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. They gave me a well-considered and accurate quote. There were no surprise costs.Their attention to the smallest detail blew my mind. My items arrived in a really nice wooden container with a heavy lid that I will actually reuse because it’s so attractive! Inside the container, everything fitted perfectly and was packed so nothing could roll around. They had braced the wooden container with more wood so it couldn’t possibly be damaged by anything stored anywhere near it on the ship. Artwork was wrapped in brown paper and then in bubble wrap and then in a box. A delicate mask was in its own box with packing peanuts. Other larger items were taped down so nothing would flap around, and also protected with bubble wrap. The wheels of my suitcase were even shrink wrapped. My vintage glasses were wrapped tautly in a strong plastic wrap and tied securely, then bubble wrapped and then wrapped in brown paper and then put in a box. In addition, they also used foam pads, ziplock bags and vacuum seal bags for my clothes; using the exact amount of packaging that was required to protect everything. Each box had like items in it. They’d made complete sense of the pile of items I’d left at my apartment without any direction from me.I wish I could give them more than 5 stars and I thank them so much for taking such great care of everything I own.

Above and beyond the whole way from Kentucky to AUSTRALIA!Visiting from Australia, the family and I enjoyed a recent road trip across the USA.
