STAY AWAY from Omni Community Health!!!! Tory Woodard and Omni community health have caused more hurt than good. More than once I have been dropped and left without my depression and anxiety meds. Going cold turkey off meds because they can’t get their act together is absurd. I was able to go all the way to C.E.O. Mark Just. He spent his time gaslighting me, it was truly unbelievable. Not only does he have the phone skills of a 15 year old, he actually continues to blame things on phone issues. Phone issues for two years? I have to see them due to my insurance unfortunately. Please go somewhere else if possible. I am in the process of speaking to the Tennessee department of health. STAY AWAY! They cause more mental anguish than necessary

Was referred here after getting out of hospital. Place is just as bad as the one who referred me!Had an appointment last week and was in the waiting room for 45 min and was not helped, never mind the fact that I paid for the appointment before hand...They tell you not to stop taking your meds without your dr approval but never send in refills in time! I asked my Dr to change my meds because of certain circumstances but he refused and even proscribed the same meds I tired to o.d on!!

Troy is great if you get to see him! Otherwise, you’ll see someone who hasn’t even graduated college yet and is not prepared to treat a seasoned bipolar. I’m mentally ill and try to see an experienced mental health provider. And try was all I could do here! The office is Furnished in oversized couches that look like they are NEVER cleaned. I HAVE OCD.The nurse does not answer the phone or call you back... no matter the distress you expressed over the voicemail or multiple Calls. Please don’t get me started on Kemp... Let’s just say she should have paid me for the session!!

Tory A. Woodard is the best NP Ive ever seen. Ive been given on and off all my life antidepressants and anxiety medication. When Ive had attention deficit disorder all my life and struggled in school with reading and writing and comprehension . I want to say thank you for your diagnosis me Tory taking ADHD medicine has changed my life for the better with reading writing worrying and being able to have a conversation and actually hearing someone else without interrupting and without blurting out things just a eye opening experience... wish I was diagnosed as a child.... He understands everything someone goes through and just doesnt throw medication at you . He really listened and after struggling for over 40 years I can breathe. Wish there was more great Psychiatrist out there like Tory thank you!!!

Intake specialist called me, asked for social and insurance. I told her I took all of those things to the facility hoping we could proceed, she told me she would call me back.... that was two weeks ago.

Veterans, please tell TRIWEST that this is not a good facility. They accept veterans but do not understand or have the means to accommodate at all. This is clearly a poorly ran establishment that is trying to get money wherever they can.Im also going to piggyback off of the recent review for the administration. During the pandemic I had received no notification of my appointments, no call backs to my voice mails, nothing. I have gone through this time with no help from them at all. When a veteran trusts you and that trust is broken due to negligence on a level such as this it deserves attention.

My experience...Lebanon location is the worst. Though Tory is a good NP...the front desk doesnt answer the phone and the nurse takes forever (if she does) to call you back and/or get your prescriptions to the pharmacy. It is ridiculous! As much as I like Tory, Im beginning to feel, staying here isnt worth it.

I dont know why there are any bad reviews on here... Lifecare if the best place Ive ever gotten help from for mental/psychological help. The lady at the front desk is hilarious and friendly...she talks to me like Ive known her forever. My meds doctor listens to everything I have to say...doesnt matter if he is in a rush or not...he never makes me feel like Im being hurried. Same thing with my therapist...she is AWESOME. SO caring and understanding about listening and helping you find ways to cope and strategies to use... So if anyone has a bad experience it was probably you...not them.

I made an appointment on 4/2/19 for 4/10/19 at 8 AM. I put it in my phone while I was talking to the woman. I was told I’d have to be established as a new patient again since it had been some time since I had been and would be seeing Amanda. I arrived at 7:50 AM and signed in. I waited. One young girl was called back and was accompanied by her mom and another woman. They came out and said she had just been sitting back there waiting for the nurse and asked who was in charge and who was the manager. I couldn’t hear what the receptionist said. Then another woman was called up and the receptionist couldn’t verify the insurance for her little boy so she was on the phone with their insurance company for at least 30 minutes trying to get what the receptionist said she needed. At 8:35 I was called up. She said I couldn’t find you on our schedule and it looks like you were put down for 8 tomorrow. I said I would not have made an 8:00 appointment for tomorrow because on Thursday’s I take my daughter to preschool and I have a physical therapy appointment. It was definitely today. She asked me to sit and said she’d talk to Amanda. She called me back up and said Amanda has an 8:45 and is already double booked so we will have to reschedule. I said I don’t think it’s right I sat here for 40 minutes already and I got a babysitter and I can’t be seen. I made the appointment because I need help. She said yeah I had to wake up at 5:45 and bring my 3 year old to work so I’m having a rough day too. (Her child was in the floor) She asked if I would be willing to see someone else, I said sure. I’m a new patient so I don’t even know Amanda. She said you weren’t just here on the 3rd? I said no. I haven’t been here in 2 years. She said I have someone else that has an 8:45, I said that will be fine, that’s just a few more minutes. She said no, he already has an 8:45, he can try to work you in at 9:30. I said this was the office’s mistake and the whole situation is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to sit here 2 hours to be seen when I got here early for my 8:00 appointment. She was very rude and did not apologize or seem to care at all about the situation. I ended up leaving. Every patient there was having some issue. The receptionist looked unprofessional and was totally incompetent and should definitely not be working with mental health patients. God forbid if that was someone’s one time to reach out for help before they did something to hurt themself. Shame on Lifecare.

This place is not a caring place to go. They shuffle people in and out the door as fast as possible and are only about your copay and insurance payment. If you expect counselling or are in crises find someplace else.
