If I could give zero stars I would. My appointment was for 0630. I unfortunately blew a radiator hose; so I was at Loves mercy to get repaired. I didn’t arrive till 1200 the same day. I had to get new appointment and the earliest they could accommodate me was two days later. They don’t need the products they order nor do they have any respect for a drivers down time. Let them haul their own product. If your in this business to make money stay away from this establishment.

INDEPENDENT TRUCKERS BEWARE! If you arent one of the big carries theyll try to use your truck for storage. Ive had one of there loads on my trailer for two weeks. Ive tried to deliver it 2 times, and they keep refusing it because of clerical mistakes by Starbucks. Ill never deliver another load for them again.

This place gets a bad reputation but every time I have delivered they have been nothing but friendly and quick. I like the security staff especially, always a smile.

Arrived 45 min latter due to unforeseen circumstances. They refused to take it. third day in the row now waiting to get a chance to drop this damn product. Android peoples over there incapable if simple things. Horrible communication process

They come in at 6:30 so dont try to come in earlier or you will get turned around. They do have a spot in the front you can park. Other then that, theyre nice here and try to get you in and out.

Shipping lady is rude. She ignores the office, instead she stands around gossiping with other employees. I have seen a couple others there but usually it her. She is blonde skinny youngish RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL. 2 STARS BECAUSE SECURITY & THE OTHERS ARE NICE & ARE PROFESSIONAL.

Do not believe the comments!!! Im here right gotdang now..with a 6am appointment... The guard says they open at 7am and to turn around and come back then.. the ones they let in early are is for a select carrier that does drop and hook only. Im a live unload Owner operator.

Dispatch sent me to the wrong address but they claim they got it directly from the shipper. If the shipment is International Blvd dont send us to Hixon Rd

Delivery appointment was at 9:45pm. Checked in at 9:30, was empty with paperwork in hand by 10:00pm. 2nd shift isnt very friendly or talkative, but they are quick and efficient. Also you can park on the main road leading in (Hixson) in the middle turn lane and take a 10, or even 34. No one bothers you (just know there arent bathroom facilities although there are woods super close).. also pickups are usually less than 90 minutes. I frequent this place for live loads weekly.

Nice place just hard to maneuver with a Kenworth W900. Quick in and out.

Park in the center lane until your appt time, if you want to see if they will take you early; get out of your truck and walk to the guard shack. If you drive up, you will lose your spot in line and have to turn around. There is no overnight parking. Vending machine, SB coffee machine, & restrooms in waiting lounge once you check in. Its on a dead end street, so if youre out of hours, it seems as if people are shutting off their truck in the middle lane. Building is also called Geodis. You cant miss it. Friendly staff, but the parking lot can be chaotic with a lot of trucks. We deliver food delivery service will bring food right to your truck in the center lane.

Dont let the other reviews fool you, because I did. Arrived 3 hours before appt and was turned away. Had to go back out to main road to turn around and park in center lane for an hour. I was put into a dock 2 hours before appt and waited in a dock until appt time and then it took an hour and a half to unload. Wishful thinking on my behalf of getting unloaded early. People here were friendly though.

Work in receiving. Coordinated and well managed. If you are early we always try our best to accommodate. If your wheels aint rolling you aint making no money. We get that.

No issues unloading here. Check in get a dock and empty in a hr. Guard shack is helpful when you ask a question. Just pay attention to the signs on the road and there wont be a problem.

We both deliver product to, and pick up product from, this distribution center. Were always in and out quickly. Theyre very organized, with all receiving activities on the side you come in by the guard shack. All shipping activity is on the backside of the building.

They get me 5 hours before appointment time! Fast unloading 30 min. Good job guys!

On time with my appt, 2 hours later they have not touched my truck backed into a door. Standard large dc bs, daycabs and drop and hooks are in amd out.. live unload they dont care for.

Appointment time was 17:00 arrived at 12:35 empty at 13:55.

If you have a delivery at this Starbucks location be sure you trailer have are seal from the shipper otherwise you will be rejected

BOL adress 1009 Hixson Blvd will not work for your GPS. Instead put 1009 Commerce Way on your Rand Mcnally Tablet Gps and it will head you to correct destination.

This place is not organized, the employees are rude, they unloaded me with a delay of 5 hours. I will not take their load any more for any money

You can park at the middle of the street and wait for your delivery time. They are strict on appointments but when you get on time its in and out.

Get here an hour early for sure.. it takes 10-15 minutes to check in 1 truck at the guard shack... ridiculous... they unloaded me in 2 hours once they started

Showed up 15 minutes before my 11pm appt. Was turned away and told to come back in 20 minutes.

Delivered on 07/18/19 and was told you can arrive 2 hours before you appt time but any sooner then that you will be turned away.

Im defeated here again and there is always the same quick unloading. You can arrive here around 1-1.5h before apt and you will be taken care of. You can park for the night on the access road in the middle there is an information board with you can park. Good luck
