Ok so I’m Ohio born. But now live in California. I came home to Ohio for a funeral. My 7.3 Diesel blew the turbo and was getting the run around from every auto parts around. I pulled up to Harvey’s and was immediately greeted by a very friendly man. Who not only help me with the right part. But he gave it to me for free. It was just a little clip that snaps onto the turbo but the home state friendliness just makes me feel like I’m home again. Thank you so much

Kept truck for 4 weeks. Said he woulddiagnose it and order parts every time I called. Then said he had the truck in before, previous owner, and said it was injectors fuel pump and turbo. Guess what, it was the IDM. Not only was he wrong and lied about service he cost my business a lot of money with a down truck. Do not trust him!

Dont trust this a hole. He lies and changes parts that dont really need to be changed.

Keeps trucks way too long and isnt very truthful about when he is going to get to it. My truck is still having issues.

Please do not take your truck to this place. As others have stated they do not return your calls but that’s the least of the problems with them. We have spent thousands of dollars in repairs over several years and our Ford truck still doesn’t run right. We took the truck to another mechanic to find out basically we’ve been lied to about repairs that were supposedly made. Harvey is very DISHONEST about repairs but claims to be an honest Christian. Maybe a lawsuit and notifying the elders of his church would be the appropriate action. Please do not take your truck here everything stated above is FACT!!!! We all work too hard for our money to only get cheated.

I found Harvey when I needed the work from the Ford dealership corrected on my 2016 F-250 with a 6.7. It is sad that dealers these days cant fix their own products or wont honor their warranty... but if you find yourself in that situation you can rest assured that Harvey can properly service or repair your Powerstroke. He is extremely patient with questions you have and explains his findings completely before doing any work. I trust him and will continue to use him to service our fleet trucks.

We took my fiances truck here two weeks ago, they didnt work on it until the last day they had it and they said it was a wire and an easy repair and we paid the bill. We drove the truck back home and didnt make it home before it broke down again with the same issue! They did not test drive it nor cared to take more time to work on it!! DONT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE!!

I have a 6.2 diesel F250 with an oil leak. I was told by another garage it’s an oil pan gasket and would be about $1,200 to fix it. Nathaniel and Hadvey told me they thought they could do it for about $500-600. Nathaniel asked to take a look at the leak before he scheduled it in and said it was simply a oil filter gasket from a recent oil change I done at jiffy lube. They used an aftermarket oil filter!!! He saved me $500!!!Great guys. They will have all of my diesel business!!Highly recommend

These guys know there stuff, they specialize in Ford Diesel which makes them know what they are doing and fast. They can make your Diesel 7.3, 6.0, 6.4, and 6.7 run like a top. Highly recommend these guys.

They had my truck for 5 weeks!! A week ago they told me it would be another week!! They call me this morning and tell me I have about 15 more in front of me that they cant work on my truck come and pick it up. I asked them why they couldnt have told me this 5 weeks ago or even last week when I stopped in and ask them wheres my truck. They dont return your calls I should have known just to go get my truck they are a joke!! Funny one of their 5 star reviews is the son that works in the shop?? I would have given them a 0 star if they had one!!!!

I had a truck break down on October 15th and had it towed to Harveys on October 16th. I was told he would look at the truck Monday October 21st. A little bit of a wait but I was fine with it since I would be out of town until the 29th anyways. What I didnt expect was to not hear back at all while I was gone and that I would have to do my own follow up on the 30th. When I called I was told it would be looked at on Friday November 1st. I was a little surprised that it was still an issue and he didnt remember exactly who I was or what vehicle I was referring to. Never heard back, so I decided to physically go visit on Monday November 4th. I was told there were 8 trucks ahead of mine that he needed to look at... mind you, this had been nearly 3 weeks. I still gave the benefit of the doubt. It is now FRIDAY NOVEMBER 8TH.... and still there is no answer on what is wrong with my truck. In the time ive waited, my transmission was slipping on my other truck and I told him that it was urgent on Monday because of this issue. Today that transmission finally gave up and I am left without any vehicle because of the promises and lies I was told over and over again that my other truck would be looked at... I am extremely disappointed and I will never go back to this mechanic. Btw.. I am a business owner and use these trucks to work.. I am actually pretty screwed because a guy cant even look at a truck and tell you whats wrong with it in 3.5 weeks..

Weve been having Harvey work on our Excursion since before he had a shop; he used to come to you. He sold me the day he couldnt get a manifold stud off and had to come back the next day, then worked 6 more hours to finally get it off and... get this... wasnt going to charge me for the extra time! It was totally out of his control but kept to the original quote. Where I do you find that?! Im a sticker price guy, I dont like to haggle, and vote with my feet when I feel cheated or if my wife feels disrespected but weve since moved to Columbus and STILL drive 90 minutes to take our trucks (both Excursions) to Harvey. No, its not a fast repair shop and hes had our trucks a few weeks on occasion, but as a small business owner he has to focus on Fleet work (his bread and butter) but the quality of the work and honesty in pricing far outweighs the delay. If youre in a hurry go to another place and be prepared for scare-tactics, Harvey and his crew (including Nathaniel, who another reviewer criticized) have us as customers as long as theyll still work on private vehicles.
