With 2 pups and the odors that get trapped because of them, I thought I was going to have to dispose of my large area rug after minor flooding in our lower level. I was very happy with the job Hains Dry carpet cleaning did ! Less expensive then a conventional wet carpet cleaning service i had gotten a year prior and the results were far better!! They got all the old stains out of my carpet, that i had tried to remove myself. Only took 45 minutes and carpet was looking awesome! Will definitely use them again!

If I could give Gordy 100 stars, I would. I checked him out by rating online and he has amazing reviews and I can see why! He is so kind and courteous, professional and on time!I was surprised he cleans on a Sunday, and I even had to call to reschedule later after my nephews baptism and he kindly worked with me! He even helped me move a piece of furniture off of the carpet so I could get them cleaned (totally not his job, but he did it anyway just to help me).AFFORDABLE AND FAIR! My carpet is EVEN MORE CLEAN and white than when I first moved in! Easy to work with, fast and very little smell. He uses natural plant based products and I love that as well.
