My husband and I had this horrible car crash which totaled his car and gave us some minor injuries. It was the first major car crash we had ever experienced. We were not at fault and were encouraged by both insurances to seek medical attention for the pain we experienced a day or so later. Well, I dont want to get into details, but the other persons insurance did some stuff that confused us after that.Luckily, my chiropractor opened a personal injury case for me and outsourced it here. Ms. Bernadette has been nothing but kind and helpful to not only myself but my husband. She let us know what we should and shouldnt do and is helping us herself as well as helping us find attorneys as needed to sort out the mess of whats going on. Without her, we would have been totally screwed over. I am so appreciative of everything she is doing to help us get our medical bills paid and to make sure we heal. Thank God for her help. We didnt end up needing an attorney but she was still helpful in organizing everything and helping us with everything.*** If youre going to get an attorney, then you need to leave your med pay closed. If youre not, then its fine to open it.

I got in contact with them immediately after my first visit and they were great. They helped get my insurance set up and verified which allowed me to focus on treatment. Once I was finished treating, they walked me through the process of settling my claim, helping me get more money in my pocket and all my bills accrued from the accident paid. I am so fortunate BMW Case Management was working with this office and they were part of the process because I had no ideas what I had to do or when and they educated me along the entire way. This company does not represent patients. They are hired by the doctors to ensure they get top dollar for their services. In addition, they add on a hefty fees for their management service that gets passed on to the insurance companies. This is additional money you as a patient could be getting instead of the doctor or this case management company. If the insurance company is willing to pay the doctor or the management company more money to settle a case then they would be willing to pay it to the patient or victim. They are very unprofessional and attempt to practice law without actually being licensed lawyers. Stay away at all costs.

The staff at BMW Case Management are always extremely responsive to calls, knowledgeable about their cases, and sincerely care about the patients and companies they work with. Any provider looking to outsource their billing needs would be in good hands working with this company!
