The entire process, from the initial consultation to the finished product, was spectacular. New Leaf is a well run company with great communication and attention to detail. This was my first large construction project and I hired them to replace my deck with updated material and railing. They designed and constucted a beautiful deck that will last for decades. They did have to talk me off a ledge when I chose material that was out of stock on our start date but they quickly helped me chose another material and promised a beautiful end result - and that is exactly what they delivered!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with New Leaf! Noah and his crew did quite a few things for our remodel in Indian Hill including redoing basement which included building a new bar, they also built a new workout room, new backsplash, painting most of house, changing out lighting, installing fans, painting cabinets, etc. They were always professional, nice and hardworking. Noah is extremely detail oriented and takes great pride in his work. Here’s a before and after of one of the projects. Hire them, you won’t regret it! I actually rehired them already to do a new mud room.

From the very beginning when I decided that I wanted to have my fireplace wall remodel Wyatt and team were very patient and responsive. They provided me with a few different options for pricing and were very accommodating if I wanted to make a change or add some thing. The quality of workmanship was fantastic and I wouldn’t second-guess using New Leaf again! Was delighted that they worked on my project from start to finish and honestly I was overly impressed with the finished project! My only gripe would be is if they can provide a drawing for us more visual folks to have a greater idea of what the finished project will look like after agreeing to the contract.

Outstanding customer experience-top quality work. The entire process from obtaining an estimate through completion of the work was handled very professionally. The estimate received was detailed, the work was of the highest quality, the job was thoroughly completed (right down to the smallest details), and the work site was always left neat and clean. They worked efficiently with no downtime. They were respectful of the process, the property, and the customer. Communication was easy and consistent. New Leaf is trustworthy, and they delivered in all areas. I will use New Leaf again. (Some of the work completed: rebuild brick wall, removal and replacement of wrought iron hand railing, cement work, wood deck repair and enhancement, repair to 16 ft long sliding glass door.)

I had trouble getting contractors to respond to my inquiries, let alone come and give an estimate on the job. A neighbor recommended New Leaf; I am SO glad they did. New Leaf was extremely professional from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would (first day was even 2 minutes early). They were extremely communicative. There was never a point where we didnt know what was happening or what was coming next. On top of all that - they did a beautiful job. I would recommend them to anyone and will gladly use them again.

New Leaf remodeled our current laundry room and expanded it making it into a mud room/laundry room of my dreams! Would highly recommend! They do quality work, professional, and work with you through the whole project to make sure you are happy with the end result.

Worked with New Leaf for some fairly significant renovation work at our new home- replacing existing windows with larger ones, plumbing work, framing in a small wall, etc. They were responsive, on time, and the work was very high quality. Well absolutely work with New Leaf again!

Wyatt came over for the initial meeting and was very prompt and professional. He walked us through their process on how they do things and told us what to expect with each step of the way. Their pricing was right around, if not slightly less than, other quotes we have received. One really nice thing about New Leaf is that each crew handles one job at a time and doesn’t bounce between projects. What other said would take 6 weeks may take only 3 for them. If you are looking for a company to remodel it would worth your time and money to have someone from New Leaf come out to give you a bid.

Great job in repairing wood rot on garage and replaced all gutters and down spouts. They were on time and worked diligently and job was completed on time. I will use them again!

I got a lovely deck put in and wow I was shocked! These gentlemen were very professional and responsive. As soon as I submitted my idea they responded, then they came out for a quote. (Which was extremely affordable) The whole process was easy, which was very appreciated. Will definitely be a returning customer!

New Leaf has done a couple of projects around our house. They repaired drywall when we had water damage in the basement and replaced our shutters. They also resurfaced our entire back deck, replaced the railings, and painted parts of the deck foundation. Our deck looks fantastic, and we are thrilled with the finished product. They completed the work in a timely fashion despite weather not being the best in December. We will use them in the future for other remodeling needs.

This is the second time we have hired New Leaf. Their personnel are terrific, show up on time and have all the professional tools to do carpentry repairs and other projects. They repaired my screen porch on this trip as well. Reasonable price, highly professional work and client satisfaction seem to be what New Leaf provides. Highly recommend.

New Leaf performed a structural repair. Good communication and coordination of project activity as well as being receptive to my input when planning and performing the job. Work crews showed up on time, were knowledgeable and worked efficiently. During on-site work, their crews communicated their approach, and checked in with me during critical process steps. Work crews cleaned up before leaving project site, but I would have liked to have seen a more thorough clean-up to get site back to pre-project condition.

New Leaf is a wonderful company. I have nothing but good things to say about Noah, Justin, Travis and the others who helped make my new kitchen beautiful. Noah had the caring and expertise to complete my kitchen re-do as if it were his own home. And as if we were family. Excellent value for the money. We highly recommend New Leaf.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the built-in bookshelves New Leaf custom made! The team was punctual, professional and even thought to add details that made the shelves look original to the house! We were very impressed and will definitely use them again!!

The 2 men replaced old garage trim, painted new trim; painted the front door, caulked and painted front porch wood and repaired corner of foundation in the front of the house. They did an excellent job!

Wyatt and the team from New Leaf repaired the rotting wood on the outside of our home. They refinished our beveled glass front doors and replaced the hardware. In addition, the crew repaired and painted our deck and gazebo. We are extremely happy with all the work and their attention to detail. We plan to have them come back for more home updates this spring.
