Terrible customer service. I called them bc I had a question. They answered the phone with just a, hello. No mention of their business so I was unsure I even had the correct place. Was short answered and not very helpful.

I was able to get an appointment by walking in and they did a fantastic job, however I downloaded their app and tried to schedule in for another appointment. Three separate times I was left on pending. I booked one even three days in advance. I called in today to see if they had any availability, the guy on the phone said no and hung up right in the middle of me talking. Good cuts but unreliable.

I came to see this barber, BJ, twice and both times he was late for the appointment that I scheduled on this site well in advance. Unfortunately because I have to walk over an hour to this barbershop you can imagine how important it is for me to then wait so I can at least be seen for a cut. Upon my second appointment he told me he would be late again and since I had already walked I explained to him I could wait at the mall. He then discontinued messaging me as i sat there over an hour after he said he would be late. To add insult to injury the 2 barbers that were there, Jon Cruz and KC Bertolet, were rude and acted as if they had no way of getting in contact with the person theyve worked with for however long just to see if I should leave or try and get a ride and come back later. This barbershop is absolutely the worst place ever and I will never recommend anyone go there. There are barbers who have way more care for their customers and respect than this place and refuse to let this happen to anyone else.

Guapo is on point! He hooked me up perfectly, I appreciated the fact that he listened to what i needed and he delivered just that(an awesome cut that has me feeling like a million bucks). I also appreciated that he was clean in that he used gloves while cutting my hair(i didnt have to ask him, he just did it automatically). He also didnt smell like a pack of ciggs or something else... I would highly recommend this Barber Shop to families because these people right here are not disrespectful, they are welcoming, the shop is clean, they are friendly and professional.
