Great experience. Don’t care for my rent going up every year but I understand it. The girl Lauren in the office is great. She is always friendly and knows me by name when I come in. Don’t care too much for the other guy. He seems like he has no clue what he’s doing. Can never get a straight answer out of him. And it takes him 10 minutes to take a payment. Seems like he’s always lost. I give the facility 5 stars

Lady at front office was amazing. Was shown severalUnits. Got what I needed. My wife Sharon wound up getting a 10x10 and we originally wanted a 10x15. After we were shower the units, they office Lady saved us some money and time. Will recommend this place any day especially if you want great service with a smile.

I wish I could give them facility five stars, but the employee zero stars. When I rented I only needed the unit for a few weeks, and Rick did not explain to me that I was due on the first, and he did not tell me that I would have to pay a whole month for me to leave on the fourth of the month. When I came into the office to let the lady know that I was moving out she informed me that I owed the whole months rent. She apologize for that not being explained to me. I’m pretty sure that these people need to explain to us when we move in the policy, that’s very unfortunate. Also when I moved out She gave me a receipt and my name wasn’t even spell correctly, I told Rick when I moved in he spelled my name wrong and he said “it doesn’t matter”. This guy is not very nice and he seems pretty useless. I’m positive it’s a document that requires our names to be legally correct. Train your people better.

Lauren Amazing. This is the 3rd time we have used istorage. Im a real estate agent, so having Lauren to go back to every time I need storage for a client is a blessing. Clean bug free facility. Staff is great. They are always outside checking on everyone. Call istorage for your needs!

The unit is clean and the property is well lit, overall the location is great.My review is 4 stars instead of 5 only because the rent continues to go up. I wish the company policy would reward loyalty. We now have 2 storage units, and I know the rent will continue to increase.

We stored at Red Dot and moved here. We love this area. We only store at red dot for the location and prices. Istorage is across the street, their prices are higher but you get what you pay for. There’s someone in the office (red dot didn’t have a office on site) they have cameras and a gate. The girls were so nice and pleasant.

They have a really clean facility and well organized.. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.. They have staff available to help with any questions.. They return your call promptly.. its the way to operate a good business..

My mom and I came in today and got a unit. Lauren was so helpful. We originally reserved a 10x10 but after she showed us the unit we quickly realized that we needed a bigger unit. That saved us a lot of trouble. Facility is clean. Only thing is the gate makes a loud noise and sounds like it’s going to break. That’s concerning. I give the facility 4 stars but Lauren is 5 stars.

While moving is a long drawn out process, it was SUCH a pleasure to find this location where I received not only everything I needed, but incredible service at the same time! Lauren (front office) was exceptional in understanding my needs and bending over backwards to make sure I got what I needed WHEN I needed it at the price I could afford. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but professional and with a great attitude at the same time. The units are very clean, well-lit and the security is great here. After searching and visiting multiple storage companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find iStorage on Maddox-Simpson Parkway! We will definitely be renting with them again in the future- weve not only found a great storage site, but have made a friend in the process!

Just wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed renting a unit out at your Lebanon site. Hartman and Maddox-Simpson. We have been renting there for about 6 months and Bethany has been taking very good care of us. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything is as it is supposed to be. When our door was hard to open, she was right there to help us get it open. Always friendly and courteous, a great manager!! Would definitely rent there again should the need arise.

My husband and I have been storing here for years. With the place changing names all the time, it seemed like the new owners were always changing things. When istorage took over, things changed forThe better. They updated the place and it made us feel better about the rates. Lauren has always been amazing you have a winner right there. I would highly recommend istorage.

I wouldnt recommend this storage facility. My belongings were damaged by mice .. even found a dead mouse in the building when I cleaned it out. Theres no temperature control and also when it rained water got into my building and alot of my good furniture had to be thrown away because of water damage and also my mattress and box springs had water damage and mold but also mice had chewed holes into my mattress and box springs.. I was told that they werent responsible for any of the damage. I paid them $120 a month for 4 years..

I started using iStorage a few months ago and had lots of questions. Lauren was so helpful and kind. Always has a smile and willing to answer my questions. It’s a relief know my things are in good hands at iStorage.

IStorage is a clean, secure facility for your storage needs. We used for a year in the climate controlled section. No bugs discovered, clean cool hallways and friendly staff. We would use again in a heartbeat!!

I needed a unit on short notice and was accommodated. Bethany was very friendly and helpful, and followed up several times to ensure my unit was ready when I needed it. The unit was clean and my code worked properly upon entering and exiting. I like that the location is close to I-840 and was easy to find.

This place is great. Awesome rates and great customer service. Shout out to Lauren for always being so nice!

I do not recommend this place for long term storage. The rent went up every 6 months with out fail for maintenance. There were points where the gates had been down for months at a time and the LED sign was also broken. However it was clean. My boyfriend and I had our 5 by 10 temperature controlled unit for 3 years, started out paying $85 a month and when we left it was $120. The staff was helpful and friendly enough, but they were always asking for a review and complaining about their day.

Bethany was very polite and communicated all terms and options clearly. I asked to visually inspect the unit before I rented it and she promptly escorted me via a golf cart and answered all of my questions. Because she was so thorough, I actually had no reservations about using their service and the printed contract papers were consistent with what I was told. The only confusion came after I left, when I recalled seeing their ad for first month free, but I didnt receive that for some reason, although I didnt have time to go back and ask about it that day. I had rented at this facility a few years ago when it was under different ownership, and I was pleased to find that both experiences were positive. On this occasion I will just be storing empty boxes and packing materials for a future project, so the cost is a bit high for that purpose, but it seemed to be a competitive rate when I briefly looked at a few other places. Only negative is that most of the units do not have electricity or even a single interior light bulb, so if you come after dark prepare to bring your own lighting.

The facility is nice and well maintained. Bethany did her best to help us right up to and beyond closing time.

I first want to thank Bethany at the front desk!!! My husband and I arrived in Lebanon early and had to find a storage place for my inlaws who were arriving shortly with Uhaul filled with a full load. Bethany went above and beyond to help us find a unit that was appropriate in size and price for them! She was super kind, welcoming, and accommodating! Being from out of town and not knowing the area, Bethany gave us some tips and recommendations! She then personally cleaned a unit for us! I would highly recommend this facility!

I called yesterday and spoke to Lauren the store manager, she gave me all the unit sizes I may have needed and invited me to come to the location and see some units. We made an appointment for 3:30, she was waiting for me and had units already ready for me to look at. The yard was clean, the units were clean and she took me for a ride in a golf cart. I actually ended up getting 2 units from her because I needed something bigger than the biggest she had available. She explained everything to me, and even gave me a free lock due to me being retired military. She let me know she was there if I needed anything and to call anytime. Also there’s a 25$ referral bonus so if you rent from her (which you should) give her my name so I can get a credit! If you want a clean, safe facility to keep your belongings then call Lauren at IStorage in Lebanon. They are a tad higher than the other storage facilities around, but you get what you pay for here.

I have been with this storage facility since 2017. It use to be simply storage. When IStorage took over I was going through some hard times, my dad had just passed and I was out of work. I hadn’t paid in a couple months and the lady that was there before when simply storage was so rude. She would call multiple times a day and badger me like I was a criminal. She would also talk over me and not let me speak, and would constantly interrupt. When I received a letter in the mail saying that IStorage was the new owner I called and spoke to the manager, Lauren. She was so kind. I expanded to her that I was going through a rough time and needed help. She was willing to work with me and when I told her I would pay a certain day she held me to that. Yesterday I called and made the past due Payment which was 3 months past due. She was so kind. So nice and very polite. She even called back to let me know an auction letter was already sent toNot be alarmed that I was paid up. Good job IStorage for hiring someone with such a good heart. Lauren at the Maddox Simpson location is so friendly and warm hearted. If it wasn’t for her I would have moved my belongings out and went to store smart. I would much rather give my business to someone who knows life happens and doesn’t talk to me like I am stealing or a criminal. Just don’t raise the rates like simply storages did and we’ll be ok.

Simply Storage is a great place 2 leave your stuff but it is quite expensive.

Terrible experience! Bethany Craig at the front desk is extremely rude. She has been consistently agitating everytime i have encountered her at the office. She miscounts money then refuses to hand it back, and over talks you everytime you try to speak. Brought my husband in to witness one of her episodes yesterday. He was so appalled he recorded her in disbelief. We are moving our stuff out today! DONT USE THIS FACILITY!
