Odd how you have no records of any bad reviews and several reviews with the same name as family members. You’d think if you all kept such good records your would be able to keep your tax records and not get shutdown.

Don’t ever make the mistake of bringing your vehicle to this business. The employees here are extremely unprofessional, and unskilled in their trade. I brought my car to them, with mostly my own parts, and it took them over two months to even allow me to take my car from their lot without taking them to court (they didn’t even finish half of what we had discussed). The main mechanic/owner, Dallas, was elusive and dodged my phone calls until I showed up in person, the police were called to mediate. Don’t make the same mistake I did, read the reviews on Yelp (they have a 1 star rating) because their family/friends have loaded this section with fake 5 star ratings. This is by far the WORST auto shop in Tennessee, at least!

This company is a complete fraud and should be shut down along with their business license revoked. I wouldnt be surprised if there are multiple lawsuits against the owner and business with more to come. Good luck.

Dropped my Jeep off and for 8 months its been a complete runaround. Wouldn’t recommend.

First rate work at a fair price. Dallas turned my 03 Crown Victoria from a smokers garbage scow to virtually showroom shape. Great guy and crew, broke their butts on my car and never once stopped due to the high temperatures and humidity outdoors.This company deserves your business, family owned and operated.

Met them at the redneck rumble car show in Lebanon TN this weekend. Very cool group of people. They are very knowledgeable and have some amazing skills. I absolutely loved the vehicles they had at the show.

I had my 1966 Chevelle inspected by the group at this shop and they noted many issues I had not seen when buying the car. They took the time to show me each one while giving me the details and explaining how they would fix it.I have to say I appreciate the honesty eve though it’s not what I wanted to hear and I look forward to having them fix it later in 2019.

Outstanding work on my 2003 Jeep Liberty. Had it at one shop to be fixed, who claimed the front end would not align but didn’t know why. A friend of mine told me about the guys at crucial customs and that if there was an issue, they would find it. Come to find out the first shop did not have the frame completely straight. The guys pulled the frame and had it aligned. It drives great. I couldn’t be happier.

Awful place, and all the positive reviews are by family members (example: Jennifer Selby is his wife and Sheena Atwood is a relative of Dallas Atwood, the owner). If I could give a negative rating, I would. Honestly the worst business in all of Lebanon, with the shadiest owners. Will mess up your car and demand more money to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs.

The guys at Crucial Customs and Restorations did an unbelievable job on my truck. It needed some body work when I bought, so I carried it straight to them. Dallas took care of everything and now my Dodge looks better than new. Thanks Bunches!!!

Best custom and restoration shop in TN. They repaired my brothers ford Edge Sport and installed HID Headlights in it. All at a fair price.
