Jennifer was so helpful, she answered all of my probably silly questions swiftly and professionaly, all of the services were offered to me and then she asked me questions to make sure I was getting the right kind of account for my goals and needs. My debit card was printed for me right on the spot and the whole process took less than 20 minutes. I needed a couple of things that were kind of off the beaten path but Jennifer got it handled in a very brief amount of time and went out of her way to make sure that I had all the proper paperwork for those things that were more than just opening up my account. These days customer service is kind of a lost thing, but I felt very comfortable and more like a valued member of the bank instead of just an account number and we just want your money.
