Im not certain who or what the guy with the negative review was upset about, but I can tell you that they have sold 6 airplanes for me over the past few years so I think I am qualified to speak my opinion with legitimacy. They have always been attentive to detail and worked to get me a good and fair price for my planes. The fact that they have grown to encompass the entire country speaks to their good work as this would not have been possible otherwise. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Keep trying to contact alone mountain about a 2016 Cessna 182 they have for sale. No matter what method of contact I use, nobody ever gets back to me. I couldnt imagine a worse aircraft broker!

Review №3

We recently purchased a Cirrus SR22 G3 Turbo From Loan Mountain. Jon Stull and Kevin Gregor were excellent to work with. Jon was great in helping us decide the right aircraft for our mission. Very professional throughout the whole buying process from day 1 and quick to respond on any questions or concerns I had. The buying experience was absolutely world class customer service and I would highly recommend anyone looking for an aircraft to contact Jon and his team.October 1st Im am adding to my review based on my ongoing experience with Ryan Yenger who heads up the maintenance facility at lebanon Ohio. I still stand my my positive review of the rest of the loan mountain team but have had continued issues dealing with Ryan. Ryan first contacted me about my engine overhaul when he said they had a new exchange program where they would partner with signature engines to minimize downtime. He told me this program was still new so I would be the second TN engine they had done. Over thanksgiving I dropped the aircraft off to him and his team. The rebuild was a little more than originally quoted and took longer than expected not necessarily in Ryans control however. My issues with Ryan began after completion of the engine. We had paid half of the rebuild up front and half before delivery however I told Ryan I wanted to hold back $2000.00 until I could personally fly the airplane and make sure everything was functioning properly. He immediately took offense to this saying I was trying not to pay for work completed and got very defensive. The next day after I had flown the airplane sure enough I had noticed some squawks all small issues that could be corrected easily from my local shop. The primary one was the air was blowing hot when the cold air was selected in the middle of the winter. I ask Ryan if there was anything they could have done in the overhaul that would have caused this and he again became very defensive saying there is no way. We paid the final amount of $2000 within two days from the aircraft being dropped off. We later found however that the pushrod for the air selector had been bent and not allowed to fully close letting the hot air in in cabin. We never had this issue before we dropped the aircraft off with Ryan but yet he continued to deny and attack me saying I was making stuff up. Fast forward to recently we took the aircraft into tornado alley turbo for some adjustments on the turbo. Most of the components were not set correctly. They also found cracks in the exhaust they said would have not happened since overhaul. I forwarded Ryan these pics asking if they had seen any of this at overhaul and he begin attacking me saying I was again trying to get Free StuffI am a business owner in the service industry serving customers all over Oklahoma. as a customer I have never been treated so rudely by a individual. My advise to you if you are looking to have an engine overhaul would be to skip Ryan at loan mountain and go direct to signature or another engine provider and if having a TN done simply let the guys in Ada do it as it is their system that they designed and understand. I understand this was a new program for Ryan and he may not have been able to learn everything needed to properly set up a Tornado alley turbo or in a weeks worth of class time but that is no excuse for treating a customer so rudely. I still stand behind my review of the rest of the loan mountain team but if they want to stay in business I would suggest they limit Ryans contact with customers.
