I have had my car worked on at many different shops in town but the customer service at those shops is just not it. I decided to finally give Jiffy Lube a try and was very satisfied with my experience there. The customer service associate was very professional and kind. They were quick with the oil change and did it all while we never had to get out of the car. This was great since I had to drag all my kids with me. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thanks guys!

I stopped in at Jiffy Lube of Leavenworth today to have my oil changed. I was promptly greeted by Elijah who took care of me for the duration of my visit. The staff was friendly and polite and were able to get my service done quickly and safely. All in all it was a great experience.

Damon, Garrett,and Elijah went above and beyond to help me before the holiday weekend. They were definitely awesome people!! Im happy I met them in my time of need. Thanks you guys!!! I made it back to Iowa 😁

The personal where very polite, explained in detail what was done. In my case also explained how their lift would damage my car, prior to do the tire rotation I had requested. Great service, good convenience, low pressure when offering add on services. Easily accessed off of 4th Street. Staff was helpful and friendly. Understand that it is more expensive that just doing it yourself and youll be offered additional services. I did not feel as if I was being pressured for update and the technician have me a list of things he thought should be addressed and his thoughts on fixes outside of paying for a mechanic. Took about the time for me to walk down the road and have lunch, then come back.

I am pleased I have this local Jiffy Lube to go to. The service techs are pleasant and gave me great costumer service. In and out in no time at all. Also being able to stay in my car made it all the more convenient.

It was okay. I loved staying in the car/drive through service. Wait was long and it was a bit pricey for an oil change.

In and out under ten minutes. The staff are on their toes moving fast and very welcoming and nice.

Short wait time for service. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they conducted service in a very timely and professional manner. Prices are very affordable. They even threw on a coupon for me at the end of the bill which was very nice and helped save some money. Been going here for years, never had an issue with them whatsoever. Would highly recommend to a friend for affordable, fast service.

During my oil change today I noticed there were only two staff members working on everyones cars. That is a little upsetting knowing that the higher-ups wont hire more people to help with this issue. At least the two people that was there serviced my vehicle in a timely manner and was very nice about it. 5 stars for the employees willing to work with those kind of standards. 1 Star for those in the hiring department.

My air up your tires light came on in my car, I called all around Leavenworth trying to find someone to air up my tires. I was willing to pay but no one could do it and I cant either. I finally got ahold of a gentleman at Jiffy Lube and guess what? They did it in about 2 minutes and didnt charge a cent. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

Great service and helpful staff. They were busy, but thats understandable for a Saturday. Once in the oil change was a quick process. They also made sure I got the best deal I could.

Having a drive through oil change without getting out of my car is a different experience all together but it was delightful. I wish the staff was more knowledgeable about other car issues other than oil but it was ok.

The technician was rude, abrasive and the last person who I would have on the front line working with customers.I was charged for full service and just received a regular oil change. The receipt said they performed a number of other services that didn’t happen.When I questioned the tech about charging my credit card without first giving me the opportunity to select which services I wanted performed or by not telling me what I was paying for is not an appropriate business practice; he became confrontational and cursed at me.He openly complained about my questioning to a co-worker in front of me. She then approached me and made false statements claiming I did and said things that I did not about the performed services.Never again will I bring my vehicle to this location. Poor service. Based on my experience, I have taken my vehicle to another location, different company, to confirm that an oil change was even performed and that everything was safe for me to continue driving.Update...The owner called to apologize. He was very apologetic and gracious in his responses to my concerns. He took care of the issue and after our conversation, I can say my disappointment resides in my experience with the workers involved, rather than the organization as a whole.

I do NOT like being pinned into my car while getting an oil change. Im sure they are scared of Covid but forcing a person with PTSD to be trapped in their vehicle is torture.

Service was slow when got there. 2 vehicles in the stalls. Took 40 minutes to get those vehicles out. Then I had a 13 dollar of coupon but after all is said and done really only saved on their extra fees still cost 66 bucks for a 69.99 oil change

They always do a good job, never had an issue and always fairly quick. Little to no wait on the days I go.

Service was very quick and done while I was in the car. Technicians were knowledgeable about my car and answered all questions.

Not only did I find out that they didnt drain the oil completely when doing a routine oil change, they also did not seal it correctly and all of the oil drained in my driveway and along the highway until I noticed it. Then after returning 4 times for them to fix the issue, I had pieces of my vehicle falling off in my driveway after leaving there. Will NEVER, do business with them again.

Besides the great service that I received, the service team followed strict pandemic safety measures. All of them wore masks, and I stayed in my car with my mask on while they performed my oil change and tire rotation.

Daughter went in for an oil change after seeing the sign out front showing an inexpensive lube service. She ended up having to pay $70 for an oil change for a Toyota Corolla and was also made to feel she needed multiple other services done on her vehicle. Extremely unhappy with the high pressure situation a young girl was put in over what should have been a quick cheap oil change. She was also charged $29.99 for a tag bulb...

These guys are amazing! They went out of their way to help me. They helped me manually change my flat tire when their mechanical lift was down after I’d been turned away by multiple places because they were too busy. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

OVER $105 for a Ford pickup, 5.4 gas engine. EFFING UNBELIEVABLE.The Ford Dealer (in LW) only charges me $10 more for servicing my Ford DIESEL pickups which take FIFTEEN QUARTS of oil. Valvoline charges $50 for the same service on this 5.4 gas engine. NEVER AGAIN!.I sent the truck in with an inexperienced young employee and they got more than an oil change. They should have gotten kissed along with the screwing.

WARNING...LOCK UP OR REMOVE ALL VALUABLES!!! I went to this establishment and realized shortly after my $200 Garmin unit had been taken. I reported it to the manager right away and was practically laughed out of the store. Obviously never went back again!!!

This is a good place if you dont have the time to change your cars oil yourself. I went here and was out in roughly 45 minutes with 2 cars in there already, so it was speedy service. I just think they overcharge a bit so that knocks down a star rating for me. But it is convenient and a very good oil change.

Costs a bit more than you want to spend and they dont put the correct oil in your vehicle. My truck runs 5w30 and they put 5w20. Its fine for colder weather but isnt healthy for a longer engine life..... And they wouldnt rotate my tires... Said one lug nut couldnt be removed..... Even though the other jiffy lube I went to rotated then just fine.
