Dont move to this apartment. It was the worst APT ever! When I moved in, most of the facilities were broken. I checked up all. But after finish the contract, they charged $500 to me. I dont want to argue anymore, the worst folks. Please dont move here.

Children run around kicking peoples cars. AC constantly freezes over, making it impossible to cool apartment down during summer (80°+ on avg) and maintenance team has ignored us for 2 months despite admitting they have refrigerant to fix the problem. The dishwasher broke, maintenance man puts some adhesive on the arm that broke and called it good. That arm literally exploded next wash. I just bought my own dishwasher parts and installed them, works great, thanks for all your glorious help maintenance. You sure are worth whatever they pay you...

I moved here because it was the only availability in the area after taking a position at Fort Leavenworth.Cockroaches...I kill on average 10 a day. Im not a slob and clean up after myself. Used glue traps and bait traps.Management does nothing.Disgusting. Stay away. I only signed a 3 month lease, its 89 days too long.Id give the place negative stars but that is not possible.Cockroaches are active at night, try sleeping well after realizing that. Found a dead one in my bed in the morning.

Horrible maintenance - windows are warped and bugs crawl in though the gaps... reported repeatedly and they NEVER have a record of it.Today I reported that pieces of the ceiling are falling into my tub - I have called the service twice, and two hours later the on call people have yet to contact me. Hopefully no one gets hurt if the tub upstairs falls through the ceiling into my tub.

Not only is the management terrible at Stonleigh Court, the maintenance is worst. Ive lived here for a little over a year and a half and they have gone through four office managers and the maintenance crew is entirely understaffed. Have put in numerous work orders for important items like plumbing or holes in the glass of the windows, due to them being old and thin and have not had anything done about it for 8 months now. Our electric bills have been through the roof for heating an apartment that they cant even keep up with window updates to ensure efficiency for their residents. Now that we have paid our rent on time for over a year and a half and have found an acceptable subleaser to take over, they want to charge the subleaser and additional deposit, after verbally verifying with us that there would be no more money that needed to be paid on the deposit, if we were to sublease. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Obviously by the other reviews, Im not the only resident having issues. This is a horrible place to call home, with unfair rules, that are not enforced properly. There is poor communication and under qualified staff. I will NEVER refer anyone here again and I will do everything in my power to spread the word of how poorly this place is managed and maintained. Take my word for it, do not sign a lease with either Stonleigh location.

This place isnt too shabby. 3 bdrm 1.5 bath for 699. I personally havent had any roach problems etc. We did have some crickets and spiders coming in but the Mangement got that fixed. They are definitely doing what they can trying to stay afloat with what they were given and they will definitely work with ya as long as you arent taking advantage of it.. they added a dog park, and hopefully they reline that pool liner, cuz that was lookin rough.

Terrible communication constantly changing owners no one takes accountability Inability to find anyone to report to One nice male in the office in 1 nasty female in the office, Both giving Conflicting information. Pipes spit out rust AND made weird noises. 2015 Miami was the worst place to be trapped a year.

At first glance these seem like the perfect apartments to live in. You get to have small dogs, three rooms, and there is a pool. What you dont figure out until you have moved in is that this place is a complete and utter fixer upper. The foundation is slipping and the apartments are leaning. ALL OF THEM! Cracks with form out of no where. Doors will suddenly not close, or if you do close them you have to use all your strength to open it. Make sure to turn in all work orders in writing and keep copies of them. It will usually take TWO MONTHS to get one small thing fixed. Mind you this also includes leaks and the appliance they advertise about. The laundry facility is a joke. Compete with the entire complex to use 5 washers and 5 dryers. Dont forget to bring your whole paycheck to do laundry. If you have concerns about noise or neighbors, forget about it. But, if you want to know about the local gossip just step into the office, you will find out everything about your neighbors.

As a current resident, not sure why this propertys reviews are soo low?! You can obviously see they care about customer satisfaction just by reading the reviews. You can see that since the change in management a few years ago, they have replied to the comments to resolve any problems tenants were having!I have resided here less than two months & from my overall experience at this complex, I give it 4 stars. All maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a timely manner, the maintenance guys are professional, staff was helpful us understanding our application process & lease. Community is quite (no rowdy crowds), walking distance to Hawthorne park.My recommendations for improvement:1. Updated pool & playground, play area is more like a climbing area.2. Speed bumps, people fly through the parking lot & with children residing here....Yea an accident waiting to happen.UPDATE 7/20/18: RENTERS BEWARE!!! SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO A COCKROACH! MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY NOSEY, LEAVING RESIDENT PRIVACY NON EXISTENT. IF YOU HAVE A DOG, THEY GET MORE OUTDOOR SPACE & ACTIVITY THAN THE CHILDREN THAT LIVE THERE. THE POOL IS CLOSED HALF THE TIME & THEY TORE DOWN THE PLAYGROUND & BASKETBALL COURT FOR A FENCED IN YARD AREA (SUPPOSEDLY A DOG PARK). REALLY RUDE RECEPTIONIST & MANAGEMENT HAD THE AUDACITY TO SENT OUT NOTICES ABOUT CHILDREN USING CHALK ON THE SIDEWALK, BECAUSE OTHER RESIDENTS WHO DONT HAVE THE SENSE TO WALK AROUND THE SIDEWALK CHALK, COMPLAINED OF WALKING IN THE CHALK & IT GETTING ON THIER CARPET. HEAVEN FORBID AFTER PAYING RENT ON TIME FOR A YEAR, YOURE A WEEK LATE DUE TO AUTOMOBILE TROUBLES & A HIGH ELECTRICITY BILL FROM THEM REFUSING TO FIX THE THERMOSTAT UNIT IN A TIMELY MANNER. FORCING US TO BE EVICTED & PUT OUT LESS THAN 5 MONTHS BEFORE OUR LEASE WAS UP. WHICH GREATLY DAMAGED OUR CREDIT, MAKING IT HARDER FOR US TO BE RENTED TO. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFE OR THE NEXT!!!

OMG! I stayed in the Stonleigh West Apartments, and Ive heard the Courts are no better. This is by far the worst place Ive stay in within Leavenworth. Please take everything Im about to tell you into serious consideration, I am saving you tons of stress and regret. Let’s start with the management of this place. They suck to sum it all up. They lied about putting in new carpet and appliances, and they waited until we put the utilities in our name before they actually decided to clean. They dont take complaints serious, and they tend to send maintenance to the wrong apartment often. Ill leave maintenance alone since we never actually had to use them. By the way the plumbing is decent, but there are some issues with their extremely old toilets, so your water bill will probably be a little more costly than usual. Some neighbors are extremely rude. Theyre either talking too loud, playing music too loud, walking too loud, and/or letting their dogs bark. Oh and let me tell you about the animal policy. Anything goes pretty much. Management doesnt enforce anything (i.e. leash laws, temperament, breed, size). Oh did I mention the walls and floors/ceilings are extremely thin. I mean you hear everything, dog barks from 12 midnight to 5 a.m. OMG, I wish I had read others reviews before signing the lease, was more interested in saving a buck, but definitely not worth it. I think I may have shaved off a few years of my life staying here. Glad it’s coming to an end.

I have lived here for a little over a year. (Just renewed our lease unfortunately) The apartment managers dont care about the tenants that are breaking areas of their lease like 4 pets in a 3 bedroom apartment which they only pay one pet deposit and one extra pet rental a month, 3 extra people living in a 3 bedroom apartment when there are 4 people there already, work on your car in the parking lot they dont give a crap, trashed apartments that stink, no breed restrictions are honored not to mention people dont pick up poop, drugs sure bring them in because even if you report it to the office they wont do anything. The list goes on and on. Maintenance is stretched so thin its unbelievable not to mention the lawn care sucks. Dont get me started on the mold! I have complained and complained about the mold in my bathroom. I finally scrubbed it myself with bleach and sprayed kills and it still doesnt work. I havehave a child and husband both with allergies to mold. Maybe a call to the city or health department will get it fixed. They also print out notices for pest control and are to lazy to put them on all the doors in the complex. Then thsy will say well we put out notices and will come in anyway. BUT dont let your rent be late. They will be calling you, knocking on the door, charging you $50.00 late fee to start then $5.00 a day until its paid in full, and finally you will be threatened with an eviction. There is no park here for the kids like they say there is. The pool is open when they want to open it. Last year it was open a whole week in total for us to swim this summer so far so good but pool is cloudy often. This place is a fricken joke for what you pay for rent. Once our lease is up we will move and never ever rent here again. Save your money and dont waste your time. Disgusted and disgusting.
