I could not be more pleased with this service. The representative came to walk the property to give me a very reasonable estimate the same day I called and we set up the appointment. There was a plumbing issue and we had to reschedule (three times!!) and they very graciously worked with me. They were prompt, did excellent work, and even stayed late to make sure the work was completed correctly.I highly, highly recommend this business!! They were a joy to work with and the ONLY completely stress free service of this move!! I am definitely telling my friends and family to utilize House Ninjas Home Services when they need cleaning services!

House Ninjas worked on a house I am listing that was not cleaned on a regular basis. They go stains out of toliets, tubs, and cabinets. The stove and refrigerator was sparkling clean. Dale, owner, also helped me with other home products. Exceptional cleaning company for North Austin area!

We scheduled House Ninjas to do a move-in clean of our new build around 5000 sqft. They scheduled someone to come take a look at the scope of work to give us an estimate. We informed them that we were having the flooring replaced and house painted and would have assumed the estimate would be for a post construction level clean.On the day off the service, a team of 3 arrived on time. They were very professional. I walked them around, and went over the scope of work again. The only request we had was to use our wood floor cleaner. They didnt express any concern about the condition of the home, mind you my installers and painters covered everything, but there were specks of paint on the wood floor and dust in the cabinets.Post cleaning, in around 3 hours or so, they did not even stop by to ask to review the work and were leaving the job site. We happened to see them from the window and flagged them down to come in and review the work. When we walked through, all the bathroom cabinets were not clean, interior doors not wiped (despite us calling it out), dirty streaks of water on the cabinets, shower tiles not cleaned properly, parts of the kitchen island not cleaned properly, shelves in pantry and hall closets left dusty, specs of paint on the floor, to name a few follow up items.The kind lady apologized for the bath tiles and cabinets and said they would go through and finish up pending work. She claimed there was dust settling in the house causing the dust and that the didnt do a post construction clean up. We are not sure if the lady was one of the estimators (due to her mask) but with no appliances in the house and no furniture, post Reno, Im not sure what were expecting from the cleaners. They landed up being there for another 45 minutes and then left again without reviewing the work. Somehow post cleaning the problem areas a second time it remained clean 🙂.Still the butlers pantry counter top was dirty, many areas of the floor had dirty swirl marks which we spotted at night under the lights and the pantry door was left dusty.We love giving new businesses an opportunity, they have their scheduling and text notifications down to the tee. However, they have a long way to go with their quality of work with cleaning houses.

Service 1 and Im beyond pleased. Dale and his team were great, I am an essential worker and my schedule regularly changes, he was able to not only accommodate my schedule but gave me continuous updates throughout the day of service. Once the job was completed I received an update of what to expect when I got home. I must say after a 12 hour day and coming home to a top to bottom cleaned house, it couldnt have been comforting. This was my first experience with a home cleaning service and I was skeptical, now Im thinking of increasing my frequency of scheduling.Thank you Dale and Kerrigan for taking the time to care for my home in ways that I couldnt right now.

Dales service has been a boon to our household. His rates are very reasonable and he does an excellent job. Were quite happy to have him come out every other week now to keep our house looking better than it has since we moved in.We got the Deep Cleaning he does because our house was a train wreck. We had some minor issues with what he did that we thought shouldve been covered but were overlooked. When we pointed them out to him, he offered to refund the entire cost of our cleaning. We instead had him come back, and this time he got everything perfectly.
