They forgot to attach my auto withdrawal letter and my insurance was not paid. I received a letter of cancelation. I called and paid and was told I didnt sign the auto withdrawal form, I had made a special trip to the office to sign it so I was then told that it wasnt attached to my account. Their fault not mine.

Before I moved to Texas from New York, quite a few colleagues and friends are having State Farm insurance for Auto and Homeowner. One of my best friends wife was actually State Farm agent. I heard all good quality and service of State Farm but the price was high. Understandable. After I moved to Texas, I used Geico and bundled with Liberty Mutual as homeowner but it turned out to be a disaster. After recent hail storm, Liberty mutual told me that I am having ACV(actual cash value) option for my roof and RCV(replacement cost value) wasnt even available for Texans! Then one of my friends here in Austin introduced me to Mr. Ryan Torres of State Farm. So I just went ahead and gave them a try for quote. Ms. Kayla Kastner from Ryan Torres office accepted my case and provided my the best quote ever I received from all other State Farm agents here. I cant believe their prices can even match with Geico in Auto and beat others in Homeowner. Ms. Kayla Kastner is so patient and professional/knowledgeable in generating my tailor made policies and I am so happy to switch over without a doubt! For Liberty Mutual, please exist Texas market, nobody likes to talk to an Emu when they seek help!

I switched to this insurance almost two years ago and I recommend them to everyone. Kayla is super helpful and easy to reach. They keep me informed via email and my rate is super affordable. They offer a bundle for a discounted rate which is super helpful when renting. I also love getting the cards for holidays and birthdays, lol.

I switched over to State Farm with Ryan and Yvonne because my former insurance provider automatically added my teen driver to my policy and raised my rates without warning me. When I inquired about it with them they were rude and unprofessional. So I contacted Yvonne and she was polite and courteous and above all very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of having a teen driver. Very incompetent staff. Very hard to get ahold of anyone. Never once got ahold of Mr. Torres. Failed multiple times to correct and update information. Made excuses every time as to why they forgot to fix issues with the policy. It was so bad that corporate switched us to a different agent entirely and credited the account.

I need to brag on my StateFarm agent Kayla Kastner. Kaylas always been so nice to me every time I call with a question or need a quote for a change in my policy. She even helped me with my sister when she was getting a new vehicle this past weekend. She’s saved me a ton of money and also helped me sign up for life insurance for me and my young daughter bundled with my renters and auto insurance and I’m still paying less than I did with my prior insurance company and all I had was car insurance with them. Tried to get a comercial insurance policy with this agency and was deniedAt first they said yes but as soon as I told them i was gonna use my truck for moving their answer was ( we can not Insured you because moving it’s too much risk ) I’m like !
