Alfonso was so very helpful at the league city, tx! They were all very friendly and the golden acacia lvp is so great! This is actually the 2nd time we purchased the exact same flooring. It held up perfectly in a six pet household. The original floor was laid in November 2019, paid off with in-house financing August of this year. Hurricane Ida caved our roof in (beginning of September) and water got under everything. That is literally the only reason it needs to be replaced and couldnt imagine replacing it with anything else. Extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend!!

We ordered a beautiful floor and had it installed. However the only problem they were 2 boxes short of the flooring. We are going on a week now of the floor not being completed. I had to call and follow up because shipments of the flooring were supposed to be delivered then showed that they were canceled by the store. We are still waiting on getting our floor after spending over $8000 on it. Very disappointed!

Caleb was so helpful! We realized we needed more flooring for our project, and Caleb was able to honor the best price of our flooring that month on our entire previous order. We will be able to finish the project without going over our budget, and the flooring is turning out beautiful. It was hard to match the previous flooring we are continuing in more rooms, but the match we got at Lumber Liquidators is turning out great!

Extremely bad product and zero customer support. Be aware all Chinese products with some wrong installation instructions. Pay little extra and get better quality at Home depot or Lowes. Safer for your investment.

DO NOT use this company period. Returning items is a big problem. Also the installers they use are NOT qualified. We already had a bad installer that we hired. After hiring our own installer we thought that we could get a better installer with them since we purchased all of the products with them. After paying $25.00 for a BID (most companies are FREE) This guy came out was worse and thats bad than we had. This guy had NO idea how to install their OWN product. Scary thought but true! The salespeople are super friendly.

We had a wonderful experience with Lumber Liquidators in League City! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Berto, Robert and Meghan treated us with a lot of respect and addressed all of our concerns.They explained the pros and cons of different types of flooring and helped us choose a wood flooring that is perfect for our home. We also saved quite a bit of money compared to other places we considered. If you are looking for great flooring and super customer service, this is a great place!

I have been to this location twice and each time it was no and i mean NO help at all. I am wondering how they stay in business at all because not once have they offered to research the particular flooring i was asking about or attempt to match said flooring. To me if you want to buy all new floors and have them installed maybe that the place but do not ask for anything custom as they will stare at you like you walked in the building with a dead person over your shoulder. Surprisingly the Home Depot in Pearland was by far more helpful and found the match for the flooring in 5 minutes. Dont waste your time

We purchased the Windmill Oak laminate flooring and it turned out beautiful. We absolutely love the big knots. Berto Arauz-Rodriguez was spot on with the measurements and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions and then some.

We replaced the flooring in a small guest room. I surfed the web for the best quality and best prices. Found exactly that at Lumber Liquidators! After looking at the usual home big box stores and the local F[oor&Dec@r, we found the exact type of flooring we wanted, And found them to be much less expensive that the others. Plus, we over purchased by 1 box of flooring; they gave us such an easy, full return for that unused box. We will return here!

The installers ripped out carpeting out of 2 bedrooms by mistake. They promised to replace it with new carpeting. They put the old carpet back in. They spliced it together, and ruined it. Victor and Amber are liars. Dont use this company. They are incompetent.Edit:I’m editing my review. Lumber Liquidators ended up making good their mistake. They installed new carpet in the two bedrooms. They also installed new carpet in a third bedroom, so it would all match.Thanks to Lauren, for making this happen.

My husband and I were in about a month ago and we had a great experience. Our salesman was Robert, hes young but he really knows his stuff and actually cared about us and what we were looking for. We ended up picking the core luxe vinyl planks and it came out awesome. If anyone needs floors lumber liquidators is a great place to get them

So me and four of my other friends blew a tire on the side of I-45...we went into lumber liquidators for AC and bathrooms. They offered us water for free and were very friendly and nice. They even offered to help us with the car. Very nice to know there are people out there willing to help. You dont meet people like that anymore. Thank you!

Excellent service. We came for one color of vinyl laminate and luckily asked for advice on matching with our tile. The sales girl was excellent and helped us with every step, including finding the correct color.

Purchased flooring here was an excellent experience what I thought. When we purchased the flooring from store 271 advised us we should order more than we need so we have extra if necessary and if we had too much not to worry we could return it. Less than a month later when going to return it we were told by the same man oh this is discontinued and we cant take it back. Very poor customer service was given at that point he said multiple times you should have been advised at the time of sale, well YOU sold it to us. I will not be recommending this store to anyone in the future. I have worked customer service for over 10 years and this has ti be one of the worst experience I have ever had.

Wonderful store and knowledgeable sales people! We bought all materials needed to install laminate flooring throughout most of our home.They were also very accomodating in giving us a full refund on all unopened boxes of flooring/molding/underlayment that was extra on completion of our project.

Just walked in this place 5/1/18 husband and myself horrible customer service guy acted like we were aliens only one other customer in store at time and we were interested in redoing our carpeted stairs with wood.. he had no interest in helping us no input what so ever horrible ill take our money else where ........ time us 12:15

In store the employees are very helpful when you are buying. But if you have to return any of the flooring, you have to wait for a refund. Still waiting to an overcharge refund from November. Wont buy from them again.

The name is miss leading because the prices by far are NOT liquidation prices. Very disappointed Home Depot and Lowes had better pricing and Ace hardware was way more helpful with info in our search for products.

Return policy is draconian . Even after trading with them for many years...they would not refund my money for unused product. ..perfectly preserved in undamaged boxes. Cost me over $1000. Beware.

After the 3rd delay in getting flooring, I had to cancel the whole purchase. I was not told the flooring was backordered; would be here in a week; then when i did call it would be here in a few more days; they would call me when in; which no one called; lastly, told another week. I have no faith in what they tell me anymore. I have no clue how product performs. Im moving on to another supplier. Poor customer care; poor communications.

I have been working on a complete remodel of my home, and have purchased four types of flooring from them in the last 6 months. They are always very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
